This is my 3rd iPhone (3g, 5, 7). Apple has made some nice improvements to the phone that made it time for me to upgrade. The built in speaker quality is much better since they went to stereo speakers. The biggest thing you will notice is the sound is louder. I guess the sound is better but it is hard to judge audio quality on 2 tiny phone speakers. The audio quality through my headphones and car stereo (USB conncection) is very good. I noticed a stronger midrange presence than my iPod Classic 120gb. Much more detail. The same in my Klipsch earbuds. The possible disadvantage is there is no headphone jack output. Some of you will not mind this some of you will. Apple gives you an adapter for this. The big thing I like is the camera. Big improvement over the iPhone 5. I took some pictures at work and they were amazing. They will work well in my training presentations. Outside of that it is faster and has a better display than the iPhone 5. I like the bigger display. I was unable to go to the 7 Plus as I carry my phone in my front pocket and am worried about damaging it when I sit down. Very good phone. I will more than likely have it for several years. I am satisfied with the Apple products I own (please note I am not a fan boy as I own several non-Apple products). They seem to work well and are dependable.

I've been looking to up grade my phone for a while now, I had an iPhone 4 and the battery was starting to run down very quickly and there were some apps I wanted to add to the phone but could not because of the software version that was on it. I was watching the pricing on the iPhone 6 & 7 but as you know there aren't a lot of good deals very often on Apple products. Then I saw a deal at Best Buy, the price of the iPhone 7 was the same as Verizon's and a little less then at Apple BUT it came with a $200 Best Buy gift card so I made the move. Boy am I happy I did, this is a GREAT phone. The bigger screen, on the standard not the Plus, makes everything you do on the phone better, the camera takes fantastic pictures, it seems to navigate the web better and faster plus it is lighter and thinner then my old phone. I got the 256 GB model because I wanted a lot of storage so I could add all my music, over 6000 sings. I really did not need that large of capacity as with my music and apps I sill have over 200 GB left. I bought the LIFEPROOF case with part of the gift card and it is the perfect protective case for this phone. If this phone lasts as long as my last one without any issues I will be 1000% satisfied and very happy.

I have had my iPhone for about 8 months now. It gets great reception, very few dropped calls,and I am able to take some pretty decent pictures. I have all of my ebooks downloaded on it as well and use my iPhone as a Kindle reader. There is enough memory to hold all of my books, music and movies. It is big but not too big.

Apple continues to design and produce high quality phones. The iPhone 7 is fast and efficient. Camera quality is great. Rose gold color is very appealing. Overall size is nice too; large display but small enough to be in a pant pocket. Very satisfied with the phone and Best Buy customer service.

Found this version and size configuration of the iPhone 7 on sale, just after the iPhone 8 was announced. This replaced an aging 32GB iPhone 5s. The Product Red color looks great. This iPhone 7 is fast, the screen is better, the size configuration is more than enough for the next few years, and all-in all, it just works well! Happy with the purchase.

Purchased this phone for my daughter in college. Her 5S was acting erratically. She now has her 7 for 5 weeks, and loves the phone. It is fast, has a great picture, plenty of memory, larger screen, etc.

The iPhone 7 is another great iPhone. There are a few minor changes to phone from the previous generation. The new colors are nice. I originally wanted the jet black, but after reading reviews, I decided against it because of scratching issues and went with the new black color. For me, the color is a minor concern because I always keep my phone in a case. The biggest change was the lack of the headphone jack, but there is an adaptor included in the box, so that should be a minor issue for most users. After all, most of us have gone to wireless bluetooth headphones anyway. I would recommend you seriously consider the iPhone 7.

I switch over from Samsung on this upgrade and I am happy about my decision. Great camera, lots of storage, fast, and the battery lasts all day unlike my last phone!

Upgraded from 5s and happy thus far with the iPhone 7. I chose to upgrade only because my iPhone 5s battery life was losing duration the older it got. Otherwise my 5s was in great shape and had the newest software upgrade. I decided to take advantage of the 12 month financing through Best Buy and bought the 7 256gb. I've been using it for 2 months now with no complaints. Great battery life. Size of phone screen fits my lifestyle. I haven't missed the headphone jack yet as I utilize Bluetooth speakers and headsets. Don't forget that this does come with the adapter.

I've used about every mobile operating system out there...windows blackberry android but never had an iPhone. I fell out of love with android and decided to give APPLE a try. I now see what I've been missing all these years. I will be an iPhone user for life. So simple so stream lined so sexy. I love it. It's super fast super dependable not cluttered with bloat ware and with 256gig storage capacity the possibilities are endless great camera that takes amazing pics and incredible sound from the speakers. The Retina display is so clear and vibrant. Love this phone

Had a 5. Time to upgrade. Now a 7 owner. Long battery life, Fantastic camera, Lots of storage. Great Phone but....... Too expensive!

It may be a year old and a new model is out, but this phone is still very fast with no signs of slowing down any time soon. The 8 was not worth $200 more. It also looks amazing in Product Red.

I love my new iphone 7. It stays charged MUCH longer than my iphone 5 did and takes much less time to charge. I love that I don't have to buy all new charge cables and other accessories since they both take the lightning cable. The camera is great. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth sometimes skips when I'm listening to music in my car. The music plays just fine when I'm listening through the phone itself, but when I have it play through my car stereo via Bluetooth, it has a tendency to skip from time to time like a scratched up CD. It drives me nuts! My iphone 5 never had that problem, so I'm not sure why this phone does that. I would give it a perfect 5 stars if it weren't for the Bluetooth issue.

I was upgrading a 16gb IPhone 5. I usually stay one model behind as new products tend to be buggy but the reviews I read were so good I purchased the 7. Not disappointed. The 256gb capacity allows me to have my large music and photo library on one device and still have plenty of storage available. I have had no issues with the phone or ios10. The upgraded camera and sound is excellent. And the loss of the headphone jack has not bothered me at all.

I was hesitant to upgrade to the iPhone 7 from 5 because I wasn't keen on not having the headphone port, but I really love the water resistant feature. On vacation to Hawaii, I got great pics and video of us rappelling a waterfall and even though my waterproof case leaked, my phone wasn't damaged. The 12MP camera is awesome and I love the bigger screen!

Every iPhone that comes out is better than the last. Although this one no longer has the headphone jack, I don't really find a problem with it. Yes, it is a little bit of a hassle if your phone is low on battery and you have to use the port to charge the phone. Other than that, I don't have a problem with it. Camera is excellent & no issue with speed.

Got my daughter the 7s coming from the 6s. She was saying that it is much better. the speed, camera and the price for the amount of Gb was better she has the 256gb which was the same price as the 128Gb. She loves the red. She loves the new home button which has the sensor tough is one of the best feature this phone has to offer.

So I recently broke my phone and I went over to the bestbuy and I got the iPhone 7 and I'm coming from an iPhone 6 and just wow it's literally night and day with this phone much better camera better battery life so smoother idk where this phone been my entire life but I diff recommend getting one best phone apple has made yet
