This is my first upgrade since I got my iphone 5 four years ago. The storage capability, crisp camera and video, and haptic button are awesome. I have not had any problems with battery life, reception, and can take better photos in lower light. The size of it took some getting used to, but it was a quick adjustment.

And probably won't be my last either. Upgrading from a 5S to the 7 is a huge difference. For one, the larger screen is great to see things better and to have more room on the screen for an extra row of apps. It's also much faster and has some cool new software features as well as taking better quality pictures.

Finally upgraded from my iPhone 5 to the iPhone 7. Applications open/switch/close very quickly. The screen is much brighter and with better contrast. Still on the fence how I feel about taking the 1/8 jack away. It comes with lighting to 1/8 adapter (note that you cannot charge when using it). It really seemed that my iPhone 5 had better cellular reception on average. Found that a bit odd. Tried with LTE enabled/disable... but seem all the same. I have Sprint.

I'm an apple guy. Why? Because their products are intuitive, consistently well made and integrate perfectly with other products. The iPhone 7 is no different. It is fast. Takes great photos. Has good battery life. I take it everywhere and trust it whenever traveling.

The camera, the storage, the speed -- this is the best phone I've ever had. This is also coming from a guy who's had a Samsung galaxy S5 for 3 years, but still... I don't regret shelling out $650 for this phone (I got the 256gb phone on sale). Worth every penny.

I held off updating my 5s for like 3 years. Yet it got so slow, and my eyes are not improving, I thought bigger screen was a good idea. This 256G model I think will last me another 3 years. love the speed, the force touch option, camera quality, just quicker experience all around. Only flaw is it looks great without a case, it slips out of your hands without one.I bought a vofolen card holder case for $14. makes all the difference.

coming from a galaxy 3 this phone is magnificent, the camera quality by far in my opinion is the best feature of the phone. Other than the camera quality the phone has so much speed, Screen display is clear, love the design, endless things I could say about this phone.

I've been using iPhone since the 3 came out and the latest 7 is reallly nice (I use it daily a lot and would be lost without it) they only thing I'm not liking about it is the new home button, it not a physical click type like the 6 was Past that it's plenty fast, handles multiple back ground aps and gets good reception with Verizon The new speaker setup is nice and loud (still could be improved) the camera is very nice

The 7th iteration of the iPhone stands out because of the excellent camera. I tried out a lot of models and read the required reviews, and this phone does not disappoint. I also loved working with the Best Buy Verizon specialist, Michael in San Carlos, because he took his time with me and provided amazing service. After working with him, I will never go back to a Verizon store.

As with every iPhone I ever had, iPhone 7 did not disappoint. It is very user friendly and IOS 10 was a nice upgrade. That being said, I mainly got this phone because it double it capacity (128 to 256 GB) to the one I owned. Camera quality improved as well.

I kept running out of storage capacity on the phone I traded in, this has plenty of storage! BestBuy had outstanding service in trading in my old devices and getting me setup with the iPhone 7. Lightning fast and the photos and videos are exceptional!

The phone is lightning fast and has plenty of storage. My only gripe was the removal of the Aux/Headphone jack. It comes with the dongle to connect via the lightning plug but who wants to carry around another piece with them? If you're like me and have various speakers in different rooms in your house you need multiple dongles so you don't have to keep one on you. Typical Apple move right there.

I recently switched back from Android to iOS. Got a great deal on this 256gb iPhone 7. It was the same price as the base model and I have way more memory than I'll probably ever need. Things that I like or maybe even love about the iPhone 7: great phone, Goldilocks size (just right), stability, fingerprint reader that reads and doesn't make me hold up the line when making mobile payments, beautiful construction and normal timely software updates. I realize that Apple normally doesn't have bleeding edge specs, but the phone just works for me. That being said, I am not a tweeker, a hobbyist, or a customizer. If that is your personality and you are willing deal with the reliability issues that occasionally pop up with that philosophy, there are some nice Android handsets out there like the Pixels and the Galaxy phones.

Got this for my wife as an upgrade from her iPhone 5. She loves it!!! The upgraded battery life, speed, and most importantly storage 256gb is great she now doesn't have to constantly delete apps and pics/videos to make room. Great phone.

iPhone 7 has all the capacity I will ever need (262). This would have been a rewarding experience if Best Buy would have been more professional sitting up my phone. I had to transfer most data myself at home. Phone is fast and user friendly. Size is convenient. My wife has a plus; do not recommend someone purchase the plus unless they need the larger screen or do not stay on the move.

I like it, but if I can just add memory to my old Samsung android - I better choose android. Why? Well, first, it has "return" real button so I don't have to guess how to get back to previous page by looking for tiny arrows on screen... which not always appear, actually. Second, when you typing or browsing, on Android letters bigger and arrows too, so it's more easy to navigate. Third, iPhone freezes a lot and pretend there no connection, and GoogleMaps doesn't work well, like , have some glitches when I using them on iPhone, which doesn't happened on my Android. Fourth, instruction how to use Samsung android phone is better, along with phone be more intuitive understandable. So, overall, iPhone faster, has bigger memory and may be brighter screen, battery holds much longer than Samsung android phone... but Samsung phone more easy to use, intuitive navigation I can say.. I don't know why letters and navigation arrows always so small on iPhone products, but it a big issue, preventing many folks with less than perfect eyesight from getting iPhones.

Battery life is fantastic and plenty of space for apps, photos, and movies. I will never understand why Apple removed the headphone jack though.
