We have a family plan with 4 members that were due for upgrades. Daughter selected the Iphone 7 as she preferred an option that wasn't too big for pockets and was still easy to manage with one-hand. Only concern was that the ear phone jack was removed. However, phone came with a converter that has allowed her to continue using her standard earphones and connect the auxiliary cord in her car. She is enjoying the design and the greater storage capabilities

Like the phone...easy to use. Clear photos. Good size screen. But not too big!

My wife upgraded from an iPhone 6 and she really likes this. Same size but much faster and smoother. The new home button is nice too. Very good phone.

I love my iPhone 7 it works amazing. Great features,size and color is super cool.

What more can we say, it's fast, light and can do the updates my mom's old 5s could no longer do. Though we now know that is on purpose so I'm not sure what to say about that. Regardless, it'll keep her up to date for a few more years (I hope).

This phone sleek and great looking. It is easy to use and comes with great memory storage. It has a great camera and takes great quality and clear photos.

The iphone7 has a great camera - much better than the iphone5. Plus, verizon doesnt give you any discount and literally told me to go to Best Buy who had a better trade in value of my old phone and made it a smooth transition to my new one.

So easy to use asks the size is perfect. Would recommend for the camera alone.

Wife needed new phone. We hate going directly to a Verizon store as the service, at least in our town, is horrid. Always get great service at our local BB store (Flagstaff). Wife loves the larger screen and how fast it responds. Nice that the basic model has 32GB of memory, which is more than enough for my wife. Also, found it on sale, too. Love the Apple ecosystem.

Really like this phone so far. The camera and video is much better than my last phone's. I like the live photo options when I take pictures.

My son and daughter have bugged me for years to get an iPhone but being an "old foggy" I procrastinated. I finally gave in and am loving it!

The iPhone 7 is a great smartphone. Have not experienced any issues with the phone. Faster than the iPhone 6 that I traded in. Unfortunately I have not been happy with the service that I received from the BestBuy Mobile staff. I bought this phone on Black Friday and then BestBuy offered a better deal in mid-December. I called BestBuy to get the Price Guarantee and the customer service person on the phone told me all I had to do was take the phone into the store and they would give me the new pricing. When I got to the store I was told by the associate and the manager that they do not honor price guarantees on cellphones, regardless of what the customer serviice people told me. I left the store and called BestBuy again (I should have called from the store) and again was told that the store should honor the price guarantee. After a second trip to the store I still have not received the lower price. Needless to say I will never buy a cellphone from BestBuy mobile again.

Awesome, i highly recommend the 7 over the 8. Not much difference.

Traded in my iPhone 5S for the 7. What a difference! If you have a iPhone 6 I wouldn't upgrade. If you have a iPhone 5 run to Best Buy and upgrade. I have not missed the headphone jack as the whiners complained about it missing from this phone. It comes with an adaptor and the only thing you can't do is charge and use wired headphones at the same time. Worth the money.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it! She used to have the 6 plus but she likes the regular sized iPhone better. She didn't want a new phone at first because the 7 looks so similar, but now that she has this one she loves how fast it is and all the features it has. The camera is probably her favorite thing about it. She's couldn't be more happy with the iPhone 7.

Another nice iPhone. Taking some getting used to the new home button. Has a weird feeling that is quite different from earlier iteration

Haven't had a chance to drop it in the water yet, but appreciate the prospect of water resistance; otherwise it works great for my needs

I love this iphone because it fits perfectly in my hand. And I love the speakers on it. I like that it has 2 on the bottom and one in the ear piece, it's almost like surround sound. And I really enjoy the touch ID. The best thing about the iphone 7 is that it is water resistant. I like to go out side and record nature and especially when it rains. I love taking it out in the rain knowing that it is going to be ok.

Needed to replace i5 but could not afford new 8 or X. 7 works great. Expanded memory. Fast. Bright picture. Economical replacement.
