The iPhone 7 is splash proof, which is great. Camera is a little better and you notice it for sure. It is a lot better in low lights conditions. Only negative for me is the headphone jack.

This is now my 3rd iPhone in a row (4s, 6s, and now 7). It is lighter, thinner, & slightly bigger screen than the 6s. Noticably better camera and improved processor.

This is a great phone. It does everything I want in a phone. It takes great pictures. Siri is now my best friend. She helps me spell. Answers almost every question I have. Great apps. Good news reporting. I can keep notes and shopping list. I can talk to write out my texts.

I was reluctant to upgrade due to the increasing costs of renewing. Plans change, cost go up, and I hardly use my minutes or data so it seems like a waste of money for many of the plans.. However, when this phone was offered with a monthly credit, and the data rolls over, I had to abandon my 5c. This phone is easier to read due to the larger screen, and battery life seems better too. I really like the quality of the images and video. I was able to able to leave my digital slr at home on a recent trip, and got great pictures and video. Unfortunately I filled the 32gb storage before my trip was over. I'll shot HD instead of 4K next time.

I phone 7 has many great features- I’d like to see a lower price or at least a case and screen protector included or credit option when purchased so you can select a case in day of purchase without spending another large sum of money for needed accessories.

I got this phone for my Dad since he has always had an old flip phone. The larger screen size helps with reading and pushing virtual buttons. He wanted something small but not as small as the SE but not huge like the Plus. This is a great mid sized phone.

So, they always say the latest iPhone is the best one, and it's actually true. Yes, there is no dedicated headphone jack, but I really don't care and will gladly trade it for the water resistance of the iPhone 7 vs the 6/6s. The camera got a slight upgrade, and the Taptic feedback is cool. I also feel the Taptic Engine does a better job of notifications in my pocket than the old vibration motor did. The screen seems slightly more vibrant than before, too. Bottom line, this is the best iPhone until iPhone 8 comes out. At least, unless you want the larger screen and better camera of the 7 plus.

I love my new iPhone 7 because its so much faster and slimmer than my old iPhone 4. I also bought a case with a battery and I can go 4 days between charges.

I got this phone for my daughter. She is very happy with the phone. Very fast and the pictures are amazing. Easy to use and very compatible with her apple laptop

Nice size. Clear pictures and screen. Easy to find things as well as add and delete. Battery life is great and it charged quickly.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6. The phone itself is pretty similar, aside from the home button. That took a second to get used to. It's fast and the camera is money. What made it so enticing was Verizon's holiday offer and Best Buy's buyback. Great deal.

Very nice phone from apple. I upgraded from a 5s and am really happy. Nice pictures, enough storage for my pictures and apps and the speed is also good.

I love how easy it is to use. The camera is great. The picture quality is fantastic. And there are so many apps to choose from. Excellent battery life!

This phone is a big improvement over the iphone 5 I had before. Larger screen, faster speed and more storage. I'm very pleased with it.

Based on my research and the input from my mobile carrier and the Best Buy sales staff, I determined that the 32 GB iPhone 7 was the best value when upgrading from my water-damaged iPhone 6. While the 8 does have a much warmer and natural looking screen (a feature that can be turned off to look like the older phones), it doesn't have many more new hardware features (greater storage capacity and processor speed) to warrant the price difference for a basic smartphone user. I play a couple games, take lots of photos, and check email and social media -- this phone is perfectly suited for this activity, even in wet and damp Washington state. I no longer have to shield the phone when trying to take pictures in the rain! Plus no more worries about dropping it into a puddle, bucket, stream...or toilet.

This was an upgrade for my daughter. This is a great phone. Not too big, great camera, and water resistant. Very pleased with the purchase.

After the failure of the Note7, the iPhone is a welcomed relief. It's actually faster and has a quality camera. I like the size and reliability.

This phone has a good battery life and I like the color a lot. I’m an apple geek, so I can’t compare to android/google products but I love this phone for what it is. My only issue has been with software- I used my iMac to add some ring tones and now the phone (although logged into my daughters iCloud account) sometimes links to my apps and games.

I like the size of the Iphone7 because it is not too big. The pictures I have taken are great . It is user friendly and fast.

First time using Best Buy for phone service activation and received excellent service! Phone works great. Faster than my iPhone 5s.
