    This phone has been somewhat of a disappointment. The most frustrating thing is is that the wifi does not usually pickup known signals.

    Could not receive calls at home, never had a problem with the i6. Finally had to retune and go back to the I6.

    the home button changes are annoying and I've had trouble with both network drops and the screen locking up when I put it face down on a table. Working with Apple to resolve the issues, but replacing the phone didn't help.

    I've had several issues with my new iPhone 7, most notably poor call quality and Bluetooth connectivity. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Apparently these are common and Apple hasn't addressed them.

    This is the best iPhone I've had so far. Needed to replace my 6-it died- this battery lasts super long. Only bad thing it didn't come with dongle adapter for 3.5mm connection. Oh well I just cant charge and listen at the same time. Great phone

    Great phone. Great addition to their lineup. Adding the waterproofing and lightning headphones was a great stepup. Lightning can utilize stuff like noise cancelling and gives a digital signal instead of analog. Also the new home button def will last longer than an actual button.

    I got one of these at the same time as my wife, because they were cheaper than the 6s. the apps run smoother than my 5s that I upgraded from and the battery is obviously holding a charge better than the last phone did in its final months. THe phone reception itself has been a bit inconsistent which is frustrating as the 5s was awesome for me. my other complaint would be the lack of a dedicated headphone jack. not really an innovation in my mind, just a limitation of function. Ultimately though, I am still blown away by what our phones do these days, and the crazy high tech world we live in.

    If you want to buy big headache like me go head.But this iphone 7 is nightmare . I buy this iphone 7 three weak ago now it doesn't work properly the screen freezing so many times . it is weak network searching , you can't call at all. I regret buying this stupid iphone. Trust me it doesn't $700 . Even $300.

    I bought this unlocked iphone from Best Buy and apparently, an unlocked iphone bought from anywhere but an apple store locks on to the network of the first sim card inserted. I did not know this and was not informed of this when by Best Buy either. When I put in another sim card, it wouldn't work and although I bought an unlocked phone, I couldnt use it with any other network. I had to go to the new network store, back to best buy and then finally to the apple store to figure it out. I might as well have gone to an apple store in the first place. Otherwise, best buy service is great, they are friendly and match prices immediately. I just wish they would have given me the info about the locking while I was purchasing the phone.

    I bought brand new universal iphone7 without any contract. but my iphone got locked by tmobile network. my question is if its unlocked phone why tmobile blocked my carrier information. either bestbuy sold me locked phone? or tmobile wrongly locked my carrier information? but still I unable to use this iphone. I got the error SIm not supported. your carrier information blocked buy network provider. I went to buy buy store , they are not ready to help with me. some how I wasted 700$ because of best buy. please help me solve this issue.
