Reliable operating system, ease of use, and overall quality of their products is what keeps me coming back. Only thing I don't like about the phone which is why I gave it 4 stars is the lack of a 3.5 mm cable for headphones. Maybe it's something that I will need to get used too.

We don't use headphones enough for the absent head jack to be a problem, but have heard complaints from others.
