The IPhone 7 has a great camera, processor, and same user friendly programming. Why the need to remove the earphone jack is beyond me. Not all of us have Bluetooth headphones!

I must say I'm favorable to the Apple iPhone, due to mostly every electronic in my home being Apple brand. I switched to Verizon when I got my new iPhone 7 and so far so good, the phones functions are very responsive. The camera is very flawless and the speakers are a big upgrade from my previous iPhone. I will continue to buy Apple products and I'm positive that you will be satisfied with your purchase if you buy the iPhone 7.

If you don’t need the latest and the greatest this phone seems to provide everything one would need for basic smart phone use.

It's fast, has great battery life and I like the finger print sign in. The camera is also great

The IPhone 7 was a good upgrade from my IPhone 5C, it is agreat phone however I do miss the headphone jack, have to carry a little adaptor and cannot charge it at the same time.

I switched from Galaxy S5 to an iPhone 7 mostly due to pressure of sharing and easier contact with family who almost all have iPhones. The process of buying the phones went smoothly, but the process of moving my information from my S5 to the iPhone 7 didn't go smoothly. I took my phones home and tried to use the "Move to IOS" app and it wouldn't work which was beyond frustrating. Had to run back to the store to have their help the next day which was a pain, but not necessarily their fault. Now that it is set up, I like it so far. There are definitely things that I'm missing from the android system, though and things I'm still learning.

Faster than my previous phone (5c). Larger screen and more usability. Highly recommend

Love my new phone and much prefer dealing with Best Buy instead of Verizon! Always helpful and definitely know their stuff.

Bought an iPhone to replace an older Android that was starting to have battery issues. Mainly bought the apple to have a consistent platform across tablet, computer and phones.No complaints so far. I’m sure it is capable af many more things than I will ever use it for.

My husband and I both upgraded to he iPhone 7, best decision we have made regarding cellphones!

I have always been a Apple product user. Since my first iPhone, the iPhone 4, I have been in love. When my 6 Plus decided to bend on it's own, I reached out to Apple for help. They informed me that the bend was my fault and they would not fix it. After that, I decided to try Anroid. After only 10 months of having my Galaxy S5 I decided that I hated Androids and wanted to go back to Apple. When I saw the iPhone 7, my first though was "there's no headphone jack so this is stupid." There is no headphone jack, but by making only one port to power everything Apple has made the sound quality of the iPhone 7 the best out of any iPhone. The battery life is also exceptional lasting me hours without having to recharge it and then even longer if it's on low power mode. The phone runs iOS 10 better than any other iPhone as well. Over all, I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that has ever owned an iPhone before. Also, some people have said that it comes with Bluetooth head phones and no audio jack adapter. Both of these are false. It does come with headphones, but they plug into the charging port and it does come with an adapter so you will not have to buy either separately.

I didn't need the more expensive models, and I got this one at a great monthly rate. The only thing I would change about it is the headphone adapter needed to (well obviously) use the headphones I use almost all the time. What goofball decided that not being able to directly plug in a set of headphones was a good idea? Anyway, the phone is what I needed after my 6s was giving up on me.

I got one of these at the same time as my wife, because they were cheaper than the 6s. the apps run smoother than my 5s that I upgraded from and the battery is obviously holding a charge better than the last phone did in its final months. THe phone reception itself has been a bit inconsistent which is frustrating as the 5s was awesome for me. my other complaint would be the lack of a dedicated headphone jack. not really an innovation in my mind, just a limitation of function. Ultimately though, I am still blown away by what our phones do these days, and the crazy high tech world we live in.

son needed replacement for his iphone 6 and this was at a good price works just fine
