    I know, I must be in the minority on this but I did not like the iPhone. When I tell you why, you will think I have lost it but I have not. The interface is not as easy as my old trusty Windows phone which I have gone back to. Say what you will but I like the "live tiles" on the Windows phone way more than the "dead" app buttons on the iPhone. It seemed that I had to press the center button way too many times to get to where I wanted to be in comparison. Aesthetically, the housing/case for the iPhone is solid and attractive but not the actual interface for me. Everything is ruled by the iTunes account and that was also cumbersome. I am not and never will be a million apps kind of person so that helps since there are a million iPhone apps. I may try it again in the future when this old Windows phone dies but until then, I am sticking with MS even though they have seemingly bailed on me as a consumer. Oh well.

    I switched from a samsung s5 to this Iphone 7. Been regretting it every day. The biggest disappointment is the lack of user customization. I'm also a PC user and find using my phone with my computer frustrating. There were some widgets I came to use alot on my s5 that there is no replacement for on the iphone. The only plus it has it it works good with other iphone users.

    Purchased in October and since my phone has froze several times and didn't display a voicemail I received until a week later after I restarted it (I restart this phone often) because it froze while I was trying to make a phone call. Not much different than the 6S. Camera is a little better but not worth the constant glitches. Hopefully Apple will replace it.

    The battery drains rapidly. I have to charge the device frequently. I am not certain if the phone that I was given is defective or if that is a problem with all iPhone 7 models. I will be heading back to Best Buy. (The phone went from 83 to 80% charge in the time that it took me to type this review.)

    I purchased an OtterBox Defender Case for my IPhone 7 July 22, 2017. It already has cracked and pieces broken off around the home button. Have not dropped it or abused it so I am mystified as to why it broke with less than a year of use.

    Apple always finds a way to make its IOS operating system more complicated to use than necessary. They also force you to use cables with connectors that are incompatible with every other provider. This, after their overpricing their products.

    My IPhone 6 was damaged in an accident and I had to replace it. Was so happy with the IPhone and it's performance that I didn't even think about a different phone, other than increasing the storage from 16 to 32GB.

    I don't see any difference between this phone and my iPhone 5c, other than it's touchscreen is more temperamental. Siri needs to go bye bye, as each time I try to get directions I get ads. Stuck with this with a two year contract.

    I've had several issues with my new iPhone 7, most notably poor call quality and Bluetooth connectivity. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Apparently these are common and Apple hasn't addressed them.

    I wasn't informed there was an iPhone 7 plus. Very disappointed. Seemed just as good as my iPhone 6. Sales people should help a little more
