Based on my research and the input from my mobile carrier and the Best Buy sales staff, I determined that the 32 GB iPhone 7 was the best value when upgrading from my water-damaged iPhone 6. While the 8 does have a much warmer and natural looking screen (a feature that can be turned off to look like the older phones), it doesn't have many more new hardware features (greater storage capacity and processor speed) to warrant the price difference for a basic smartphone user. I play a couple games, take lots of photos, and check email and social media -- this phone is perfectly suited for this activity, even in wet and damp Washington state. I no longer have to shield the phone when trying to take pictures in the rain! Plus no more worries about dropping it into a puddle, bucket, stream...or toilet.

I upgraded from the iPhone 6. The phone itself is pretty similar, aside from the home button. That took a second to get used to. It's fast and the camera is money. What made it so enticing was Verizon's holiday offer and Best Buy's buyback. Great deal.

This was an upgrade for my daughter. This is a great phone. Not too big, great camera, and water resistant. Very pleased with the purchase.

After the failure of the Note7, the iPhone is a welcomed relief. It's actually faster and has a quality camera. I like the size and reliability.

I often wonder how can anyone use any smart phone besides the iPhone! Always a great product. Don't know what the fuss is about on the lack of a headphone jack. The phone comes with one that plugs into the lightning jack.

My 14-year old son received this iphone 7 for Christmas as an upgrade to my old iphone 5. Although it's not the newest technology, he can play all of his games, take good photos, and stay in contact with me when he's away from home. The purchasing process at Best Buy went very smoothly and the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable. We are pleased with this purchase.

Replaced an Ifone 4 and leaps better in performance, size great and weight great. Love the new features and the camera is much better.

I have been using an android phones for almost all my life. My last phone was HTC M8. I never had any issues with my phone & android. My sister was getting the new 6s and suggested I should get the new iPhone 7. At first I was hesitant because I never used an iPhone before. But to my surprise this phone is great! Battery life is perfect and so simple to use. I recommend to anyone who wants simplicity with their phone.

I had a 5S for a long time. I was very used to it and liked it but then it was time to replace. I don't like changing to new electronic things, but this hasn't been too bad. The bigger screen and keys are very nice. The camera is better than what I had. I'm getting used to holding a larger phone but it still slips into my back pocket. I am getting used to my new phone and enjoying it's speed and features. I hope it lasts for a long time so I don't have to change again! and I love the color!

This phone has a good battery life and I like the color a lot. I’m an apple geek, so I can’t compare to android/google products but I love this phone for what it is. My only issue has been with software- I used my iMac to add some ring tones and now the phone (although logged into my daughters iCloud account) sometimes links to my apps and games.

I had my 4s for 4+ years so upgrading to the 7 was great. Love the size,camera and speed. No complaints yet. I recommend it.
