Needed an upgrade from SE and am loving everything about the 7....screen size, speed and storage...yes!!!!

I went into Best Buy for a TV mount :-(which they didn't have with the options I wanted so I ended up ordering it online from BB) but walked out with this phone bc: the storage is adequate for me, unlike the old one I outgrew, the keyboard is just bigger enough to be able to type by clicking the correct character (bc the other is so small that they are too close together), and an extra row of icons fits the screen (saving swiping so much). The battery stays charged longer, too.

Great upgrade from the iPhone 6! Faster processor, better camera, and longer battery. Cant go wrong with this iPhone!

I needed to update my 5Sthings were getting slower and battery life was shrinking. This 7 is the right size for me and is faster than my 5 and battery life seems better along with phone reception

I upgraded from an iPhone 4S. Wow! It works so much faster...has better graphics. I was afraid that it would be too big compared to the 4S, but it is no problem. It is actually a little thinner.

The new iPhone 7 works NOTICEABLY faster than the iPhone 6S. It has the same EXACT dimensions as the iPhone 6S. The removal of the headphone jack hasn't bothered me yet. The only issue is that the camera placement differs from the iPhone 6S, so I cannot use my old iPhone 6S case. Also, the USB to lightening adaptor (aka the dongle), seems a bit flimsy, but time will tell about that.

I think going from the 6 to the 7 was the most improvement I've seen in a while. It took a bit of getting use to the new home button and some of the 3D touch functions, but once you do it's great. Now if I use someone else's 6 their home button feel wrong to me. Yes the loss of the separate headphone jack is annoying, just the other day I really needed to charge my phone as I had my headphone in but it wasn't possible. Haven't lost the lighting to headphone adapter *yet

I've used previous iPhones but iPhone 7 beats all. Apart from all the highlighted features such as camera, health tracker etc. there are many small usability improvements that makes your day to day use so much easier. Also, getting the phone at Bestbuy was so much easier unlike my past experiences with other retailers, so kudos to BB for making buying process a breeze!

IPhone 7 gold offers easy set up. Design is easy to use with one hand. The phone was my wife's first choice because of its classy look. The 32 GB model has plenty of storage for lots of APPs.

I love the iPhone 7. It is bigger, more user friendly and has better memory than my iPhone 5. I don't like the monthly payments to own it. Added up, it is more than I used to pay to upgrade with a contract.

Great size screen. This phone is easy to use. It takes great pictures. I am very happy with my purchase.

I finally came back to iPhone with this phone. After trying Android for a couple of years and always having trouble with batteries charging ports with all of their models I decided to come back to Apple. Yes, there's more freedom on Android to download third party apps and such but at this point I prefer reliability over functionality and honestly there's ways to do those things on iPhone but of course just takes a little more work and a little more "know how". Battery life is great, I haven't had issues with charging as I did with several Android models so I'm definitely happy with this and I don't miss my other phones one bit. I basically have the same functionality now and it much more reliable. Exactly what I needed.

I love the new camera. The phone is lightweight and I love the color choices. The new text message features are awesome. You can send texts with your actual handwriting and special effects. Gifs are programmed into the keyboard. The only negative I have with this phone is the lack of a headphone jack. It comes with an adapter but I think that's just extra hardware which is an inconvenience. I don't like that I can longer listen to music and charge my phone at the same time.

Upgraded to the new iPhone 7 and really appreciate the new features. Bigger screen, better camera, easy to use.

Love that the battery life is longer than my previous phone. Also impressed with its speed and camera.

This phone works! Battery lasts all day and more. I’m not app intensive, but the ones i use for music, navigation, etc work well. I like that apple vets apps to some degree vs. android.

Went from a 5S to the 7. Keeping things simple by not having to learn how to operate another smartphone. The new features and additional memory on the base model satisfies my needs.

This was a gift, upgrade from an iPhone 6. Already sold on Apple ease of use. Loved the color and everything else about it. Data transfer from 6 to 7 worked flawlessly. Very happy.

Love the camera, the sleekness, the size. Only downfall is no head jack but everything else is superb.

the iPhone 7 has more bells and whistles - and the best upgrade for me are the speakers and the sound - I am always listening to music and the clarity of the instruments as well as vocals is great! plus the clarity of the pictures is much better - and the battery seems to last much longer which is great!!! I purchased my iPhone at the best buy in martinsburg, wv and by far the best customer service EVER!!!! I will definitely go back there . . . . .
