Love iPhones! Great phone. Good battery life. Best Buy was great as well.

iPhone 7, although pricey, is a great cell phone with a lot of features.

I bought the iPhone 7 as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was cheaper to buy it from Best Buy than Verizon. I have always gotten my phones from Verizon and was a little worried about installing the sim card and establishing the service. The sim card was simple and the setup of the phone was very easy. The phone was up and running in less than an hour. I used Verizon cloud to reload the phone and the only things that didn't copy over were the Pinterest and Kohl's signon credentials. The phone even kept the same ringtones and connected right away to the Verizon network.

Very easy to operate especially if you are familiar with apple products

Accidentally dropped my iPhone 6 in water and it never recovered. Now if I drop my iPhone 7 in water I have no worries......I hope. The only minus is that I cannot listen to my music via headphones while charging my phone......but I can drop it water.

I've had this phone for over a year now and have not one single complaint. It was my very first time switching to apple and can say I will continue with this product! The camera is my favorite thing about it other than how user friendly it is!

for years I had a Droid (Samsung). IT was horrible. Could not hear anyone, always garbled, hard to use. It took a while before someone convinced me to try it and now I am TOTALLY happy! Easy to use, can always hear the caller and they can hear me.

I had iPhones in the early days, but spent several years with Android. This phone made me come back to iPhone and I an so happy. It holds a charge, never drops calls, takes amazing pictures, and has access to all the apps I need. Love this phone!

This is one of many iPhones we've had in our family and it replaced my wife's iPhone SE. While she liked the SE because of its smaller form factor; "it fits neatly in my purse", the relatively small screen made viewing text and graphics difficult. I recommended an upgrade to iPhone 7, which I have, and that's what she did. Now we both have 7's we are both happy.

I love apple products and this phone is the best one out there right now. The whole thing about the headphone jack has not been a big deal or even a deal at all. There is an adapter for regular headphones but I use the Bluetooth speaker anyway.
