I recommend if you ever plan to purchase any phone, go to Best Buy since they have the best customer service.

Still getting daily notices about running out of cloud storage and being prompted to buy more (annoying!) I do NOT like the lack of a headphone jack. I've misplaced the adapter (3" long) that came with phone several times already. :(

It connects quickly to the internet were ever I go. I love it so much I'm go to buy another one for one of my kids for the holidays!
