Issues with volume

I had it repaired because there were issues with the volume. They repaired it, but we are still having issues. I thought there may have been some issues because it was an I phone 7 ( older model at the time of purchase). However, I bought my other son an I phone 6, and his phone is working perfectly fine. It's a hit or miss with purchasing older modeled phones. They may tell you it's never been used, but I am not sure about that based on my son's experience with his I phone 7.

This looks to be part of the ad like it is only available in jet black. Total Wireless was unwilling to unlock the phone for use with a vendor available in our area.

Overheated when Charging
