Wes at the local store was great at trying to help fix the problem but unfortunately the phone that I was sent was a no go from the beginning they said it not scanned out properly from the warehouse. It was already activated. I did get a full refund and am satisfied with this!

Poor quality device

Both times at around the 8 month mark, the screen goes out and the device is no longer functional. I’m purchasing the total wireless network version.

HORRIBLE

I purchased this for my mother and we found out that our carrier does not accept it. I can’t return it either. Don’t buy it!!
