I bought this phone to replace my work phone (iPhone 6S) which is used for about 5-10 phone calls a day from Monday to Friday. I also check emails on it if I’m out of the house or in the office once a week. I don’t use social media or play games on it but the battery acts as of I do. I just bought this less than a month ago and the battery runs out a bit too quick for me. I don’t need to return it because I’m home most of the time but if COVID didn’t exist, I would have returned the first week. Also, it’s matte black not jet black so I was slightly disappointed about that.

It’s a good starter phone for your kids. Good quality phone.

Bought this to replace a 5. I'm excited to see the differences. Haven't had it long but so far so good with it.

This was TERRIBLE !! It was good for the first 4 months, then everything went downhill. Whenever I try deleting something, it goes back to the camera roll. I literally restarted it 7 times & it still won’t delete. THENNN, whenever I try opening my music app, twitter, photos, or switch twitter accounts, it crashes! Also, it’s barely any space to download any apps. I deleted a lot of things it suggested for space & I still have none. Don’t buy this, just spend more money on a phone straight from apple. Plus, the camera quality is so terrible

This review is more about the staff than the phone. The Phone does work great, got it to connect to a drone controller. The staff was awesome, very helpful, and knowledgeable about my needs. Pointed me to this phone and saved me a bit of money, as the phone was on sale.

The guys in the Phone Department sure knew what they were doing and switched our broken Android phone to a new Apple I-Phone. They were able to transfer all the info, which was great.

This is a locked phone, they hardly mention about that in the description . I didn’t realized that it is a locked phone untill it arrived.

The phone was great but not compatible with my cellphone carrier Best Buy refunded the phone no problem great service

I haven't had an IPhone before so it is a bit of a learning experience but I'm sure it's much better than what I had.

Bought this phone to utilize it as an iPod for my work. This iPhone was purchased before apple decided to update the internals for the iPod touch. Great buy, great product.
