Apps are opening up without me doing anything. So annoying.I have to take it back to the store and get it looked at, this is not normal. Other than that it has been good.

Tomorrow I get it replaced because they determined mine was defective. I'm looking forward to its great features! The apple customer care is wonderful.

Not a good phone for a 1st time iphone owner

She still had to wait another 30 minutes for it to update. This very unacceptable to have anyone waiting over 3 hours to upgrade a phone. Customer service was great but your computer system needs work. Best Buy you have to do better!

No respect for individuals. I had been to this 4 times to get the product, I had very bad experience. My friends advised me to buy from AT&T , I did not listen but went to BB and paid the penalty.

2nd one and still having problems

This first one had issues with the sim tray, and this one would not get a signal. Removed the SIM and used in an iPhone SE: 3 bars. Same location. Repeated: same issue. Skipping this model.
