I’m going to start with my buying experience at Best Buy. I returned two times with the phone because of some issues. First, I bought the phone and had to return because my price match discount was not applied correctly when I purchased the phone (I bought it outright). When I returned, it was an easy process, everyone was accommodating, apologetic and took care of the issue quickly. The second time I returned was because I was told when I purchased the phone that it was through my service provider and found out later that it was not. On my third trip (second return) to Best Buy, I was informed that the iPhones they sell are not carrier specific but universal even though they are authorized dealers of several cell phone carriers. Even though I had to spend another two hours there trying to get my phone activated, the Best Buy rep that helped me was very friendly and took the time to work with me to finally get the phone working. It was a long process and I was frustrated and exhausted but was never treated poorly and was provided courteous assistance till the issue was resolved. Now, about the phone. First of all, I am one of those people who uses my phone till it’s completely going out and practically (sometimes literally) non-functional. So I have had my iPhone 5s forever because it’s a well made phone and has lasted all this time. I recently began noticing low battery life and decided to finally upgrade. My plan was to go up one generation, so iPhone 6, but after some thinking realized that the 7 model would probably give me much more time than the 6 because it’s two generations newer than the 6 and not much older than the 8 and X. Not only did I save hundreds by getting into an “older” model, but also got a much needed upgrade from my 5s. Let’s talk about size. At first, going from my tiny 5s to my (what felt like an almost iPad size) 7 Plus was a bit strange and I felt ridiculous carrying the phone around; however, I absolutely LOVE my iPhone 7 Plus! Not only is it much easier to watch videos (YouTube, Netflix etc.) when traveling, but I also do a lot of work on my phone such as texting, emailing and reviewing documents which is so much easier to do on the larger screen. And realistically, it’s not as cumbersome as it seemed at first. It’s lightweight, thin and sleek. It looks very sharp and the screen/picture quality is phenomenal! Not to mention, it is fast and smooth moving between screens, apps, websites etc. I absolutely LOVE my new iPhone 7 Plus. Well worth the buy!

Yeah the 7 wasn't a life changing platform - but it is a good upgrade. Faster, better battery and better camera all contribute for a better device. The lack of a physical home button is weird at first, but then becomes natural and having a bonus of water resistance makes it worth the transition.

I bought this phone for a couple of reasons; Reason #1: Apple does this super great thing where they seem to kick you out of their software if you use an outdated phone, and my poor iPhone 5 just couldn’t hang anymore. Reason #2: I was torn between getting a quality camera, or getting a phone that had a good camera on it. I obviously chose the phone. I’ve put so much money into Apple products over the years, I’ll probably always be an Apple girl. It’s a quality phone. The display is beautiful, the speakers are loud, the camera is gorgeous (the dual lenses really sold me on this one) and it wasn’t too hard to get used to the size. Apple is just overpriced. And, to be honest, the lack of aux hook up is kind of annoying.

Appearance-wise, my new iPhone 7 Plus hasn't changed much from my 6. It is more sturdier and stronger than the 6 (which was prone to bending) thanks to its use of Series 7000 aluminium, it is water resistant and able to survive for 30 minutes fully submersed, and the home button is now fixed (disguised through clever use of haptic feedback) which removes a notorious point of failure. The 7 is also no doubt much faster with the newer Apple A10 Fusion: Quad Core CPU, Six Core GPU, 2GB RAM and now starts at 32gb instead of 16gb - which are the main reasons from my upgrade

This is a great modern upgrade for anyone, beginner to intermediate. It’s easy to plug and play and looks great when watching a movie. The battery lasts pretty long also, probably about 8 hours ish while constantly streaming music.

With the release of the iPhone 8, 8+, and X, the iPhone 7 line is really at a good place in the value department. The 7 line is fairly well discounted now and is still a solid phone. The screen, camera, and processing power is still excellent and while the design is getting a bit dated, it's indistinquishable from the 8 line. Unless wireless charging is a big deal for you, I would recommend looking at this phone before paying the premium for the 8+.

I have always been an apple product user and this phone has lived up to my expectations so far. The camera is a lot better than the 6s and the battery life has also been a lot better.

Bought this phone for my mom who had a iPhone 4 and she loves all the different stuff she can do on her phone and she loves how good the pictures are. She also loves the big screen.

The phone also has improved touch ID, making it faster and easier for you to unlock your phone than on previous models. The main difference in the Plus model is the larger screen size. The 5.5-inch screen offers more space for viewing videos, and the display is very high quality to provide the optimum viewing experience. Apple has also created a new standard for storage space, so users have a choice of either 32 gigabytes of capacity or 128. The added space allows you to store more photos, music, contacts, applications and more. The 7 Plus is incredibly easy to use, making it a product accessible to all age groups. The operating system is easy to learn to use, even if you are switching from an Android or another type of phone. The phone can be modified to fit your personal style, while still looking like an apple product. Overall, I think that the iPhone 7 Plus is an investment worth making. What’s in the box? Purchase of the phone also includes new headphones, which are compatible with the lightning connector, as well as a lightning to headphone jack adapter.

I upgraded from my iPhone 6 and am really enjoying the larger screen and that the iPhone 7 plus doesn't seem to get as hot when I watch Netflix or play games as my 6 did. I do not like that the headphone jack is missing as that means I cannot charge my phone as well as use the headphones at the same time, but thankfully it seems like the battery life doesn't run down as fast as my 6 did while doing the same activity.

The camera on this phone is incredible! Upgraded from the iphone 6. It was well worth it. Getting used to the larger size and wouldn't go back to the smaller size!

I am an iPhone fan and this is one of the best phones I have ever owned from Apple.I know People complain that Apple is not coming up with new changes, but how much can you change perfection? I love different features on this phone, especially new portrait depth photo feature. The size is perfect, the stereo speakers are a great feature. The camera and battery life are amazing. So happy with my purchase!!

This is my first "plus" size iPhone and the extra screen size is great. I like the fingerprint recognition and camera is great. Last iPhone broke because I accidentally dropped it in water. This one is supposed to be water resistant so hopefully that improves the durability although I thankfully haven't tested it yet

The update from an IPhone 6plus to an iPhone 7 Plus is amazing the speed and graphics are visible. Camera works wonders

This is a huge upgrade from my iPhone 5c. I love the screen size and higher quality camera. I'm totally satisfied.

I started with an iPhone 4, then went to a Samsung Galaxy 4, now to an IPhone 7 plus. Sure I was nervous about the loss of the headphone jack but this phone actually ended up exceeding my expectations. The sizing is not too big, the rose gold coloring is also a sharp feature. Overall I really enjoy the phone. Only reason I could not give this phone 5 stars is because sometimes during listening to music the tracks will skip. I'm unsure as to if there is a fix for this or not. Overall.. just a great phone!

The screen is larger and easier to text holding sideways. Portrait mode on camera is great
