I got an SE when it came out. Worked great. First time I broke a screen. Got a used 6S, and it was great until Indy got the VZW 5G service. Could not stay connected to the network. Had to do something, and a 'back to school sale' got me to the 8. Best phone so far.

I have the X as my personal phone, but I would say this is the next best phone out there. I had the SE for my work phone before this so this is quite a step up. Good size and nice that’s it’s waterproof and has wireless charging! Just make sure you get a solid case!

I bought this phone for my wife because she did not want to upgrade to face ID. This iPhone 8 was the last generation two feature touch ID. She also got 256 GB storage. She likes her phone because it is snappy and much faster than her previous iPhone 6S.

I went from a 4 to an 8. Bigger but not too much so. Was happily surprised by the Live Photo. Really cool. Still getting used to the top button being moved to the side. Love the space. I can take as many pictures as I want. Few other things that are kind of quirky that I need to figure out how to fix. Mostly with the Bluetooth. It switches to the phone when asking her to send text but when I try again it works.

The iPhone is great, but is way way too expensive. Apple needs more money from the common folk.

Great phone. My teenage daughter uses this phone and it works well. Very durable and actually fits in her pocket, which she loves (she hates the giant tablet - like phones - she says she has an iPad for that lol).

Similar in size to the previous model but twice the memory and a faster chip speed. Wireless charging ready. Easy to transfer data from old IPhone to new iPhone. My wife loves it!

This upgrade was from the iPhone 6 to the 8. Wanted to keep the home button and saw no real need to go to the X. We are an apple family due to the ease of use and are happy. It makes calls, surfs the internet and runs apps and it's on Verizon so we are happy.

Not the last iPhone on the market, but is all that I want and works great. Quality of phone and camera are very good. This is 64GB and that is sufficient for what I use phone for.

Phone is pretty good. The camera is really good. No need to lug around a camera any more.

Wanted an Apple Watch so I took the plunge and switched back to Apple from Samsung. So far all my apps and other items (watch,headphones, fitness trackers) all work better on the iPhone than my Samsung.

I bought this for my daughter. I am a big fan of apple and have all apple products. She came from an iPhone 5c which seemed to last forever. I am not confident enough to give her an iPhone X with the glass back and front so I got her a more durable version.

Had to get a new phone because my iPhone 6 was possessed and kicked the bucket finally. This iPhone 8 is a great upgrade! Better camera, better resolution, better processing speed and memory capacity. If only it had the portrait function like the 8 plus...

This was a major upgrade for me. I went from an iPhone 6s to this iPhone 8. It is a great phone with loads of extras loaded and available for use upon purchase. I really do like it but it did take some getting used to as the 6s was limited compared to this 8.

My wife was having a lot of problems with her Samsung phone. She Couldn’t find her pictures or contacts and trying to maneuver throughout the menus and screens was frustrating for her. I bought her the iPhone 8 and voila, you’d think she was a tech genius.

Apple still laying out the tried and true. The 8 falls in line with the stellar screen clarity and big functional front button. I bought this for my parents who are already on apple and they love the continuity and uniformity that apple keeps to.

Quick and easy to use. 4th different iPhone generation I have had without any issues.

My wife loves the simplicity of the iPhone 8. Size it tough to beat and the performance and battery life is still good. If you don't need all the wiz bang features of the X or XS then the iPhone 8 is still a great phone at a great price.

Wasn’t going to get a new iPhone, but seeing the great camera pulled me into buying it.

This phone is bigger than my old iPhone, and I wish they still made the smaller size that fits in my pocket better. But it works well, and I got an adapter to use my headphone. Wish they still had the headphone jack, though.
