I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to this phone and it is honestly so much worse than the 6. I’ve had the phone for a month and just to name a couple of things that I have been experiencing: Apps don’t respond, message alert sounds randomly bug out, the home button won’t take me to the unlock screen if I have gloves on so I can’t even see the time on my phone without taking my gloves off. Just very frustrating after spending $600

I don’t like that you cannot listen to music and charge the device at the same time.

Just like my old I phone, but its more money. Should be less.

Love my iPhone but little disappointed in speaker, seems to crackle when talking on it.

The battery dies before noon every day. Had to buy a portable charger on my vacation to be able to take pictures

Got the phone but forgot my turn in phone. Had to mail it in instead of giving it to them. Another hassle.

I’m really not happy with this phone , have to turn completely off every other day to be able to use!

I purchased an universally unlocked Apple iPhone 8 from a Best Buy store in Chicago and it was supposed to be a gift overseas. After opening the GIFT, it turned out to be a 'T-Mobile Locked Apple iPhone 8'. I called BB customer service center multiple times and even T Mobile but none of them could help. Finally, had to get it unlocked through Apple by paying $150 for an already full paid iPhone phone. What a special gift it was! Thanks to the Associate who handed me the phone at store. I would strongly recommend to test cellphone carrier before stepping out of the store.

Another solid release from Apple that's overpriced with inferior specifications. I'd look elsewhere.

The iPhone-8 is an average phone (for now). I hope the IOS and battery will last a bit longer (this time).

Good option to upgrade to but not much change from the prior iPhone and the price is probably a bit high

These always work great out of the box but rarely last the length of the contract.

I was very excited to upgrade my iPhone and after doing so I regrettably wish I never chose best buy to do it through. I stated having issue with my brand new phone after 1 month & Their exchange/return policy is only 15 days and in any realistic case it takes more than 2 weeks to see a product issue and they will not help you out.
