    Upgraded from flip phone to iPhone 8. Having hard time learning how to use it. No instructions. Starting by experimenting. Would have liked someone to give us instructions. Phone is ok but rather hard/confusing to use.

    I needed a new phone but not the latest IPhone 11. So Best Buy suggested an Iphone 8. It’s the battery that I’m disappointed with. My old phone was losing its charge quickly. It would be 100% in the morning & with little use needed recharging by mid day. I really thought an upgrade would be better. But again with moderate use the battery drains quickly. The phone is new. I wish the battery was better. I would not recommend this phone.
