After 10 years of iPhone, I’m sure most people know what to expect. Activation service was really quick and painless. Best Buy staff has the process down!

Absolutely love this phone. I though it would be kind of hard to switch phones, but it's been so very easy. Love how big the storage is, won't be running out for awhile like on my old phone.

Battery life is excellent. Camera is better than previous models. Wife likes the larger screen size. She uses her phone frequently for surfing the web.

Phone works great. I wish that the headphone jack was still available. I don't like the additional piece they added which has the potential to be lost.

This was an advance christmas present for my wife. If you are not ready to jump the iphone X or 10, this is about $200 cheaper and better alternative in terms of cost. So far, she tells me that the phone's, video, camera, battery life, speed to open files, speed when searching files, is so much faster than her previous iphone 6. So, with that I guess this is a good buy. If you have Directv, there is a promotion with ATT, that if you buy 1 phone, you also get the 2nd one for free. We jumped on this promotion and I got the other phone for my wife. Both are very happy with their phones. Me? still rocking the samsung Note 2 phone. Will wait to get a used Galaxy s8+ soon.

Excellent Camera and bigger screen excellent to watch videos

This is a very good phone with excellent features. Among all I like the Portrait mode of camera the best. I’ll surely recommend this product to others.

This phone allows me to increase the font size and still have the entire conversation from a message displayed. Works great. Expensive like all iPhone

Great size screen with slender sides enough to get a good grip with one hand and without texting 2 handed. Best of all, the camera is better than ever.

Went from a 6 to an 8 plus. The bigger size gets some getting used to but wouldn’t go back down now.

So far, I am satisfied with my recent upgrade. It still rates high in my opinion of smart phones, but I am a bit bias when it comes to Apple. :-)

Love the plus has a lot more features and takes great pictures!

I love the camera on this phone. The only down side is having to plug my head set into the charging port. Other than that the phone is great.

I prefer the IOS devices over the android. I’ve had both, and the simplicity from IOS devices is what keeps me with them. The phone always works as it’s suppose to, it may not be exciting like most people say, but it’s like buying a Honda Civic. You don’t buy a civic because it’s gonna wow you socks off (maybe not the case in the new one), you buy it because every time you turn the key it’s going to run and it’s going to get you where you need to. Apple always builds a quality product and it feels solid in the hand. I will continue to be in the dark side with Apple products and I am a heavy user of iTunes and all they come with.

Just bought this for my mother in law and switched her from a Samsung to the iPhone and she lives it. More user friendly and a larger screen for her to navigate through.

I upgraded to the 8 plus from a 6 plus. Same familiarity, but with upgraded features. The AR is a nice feature and the cameras are great.

Nice addition to the Apple iPhone line bigger screen but doesn’t have a lot of ball or wait but for those with poor eyes like mine Make reading the screen easier

original phone given at Best Buy stopped working when we left the store, but they were able to replace and has been working great so far

I have always had the smaller version of the iPhone (5,6,6S) but when it came time to upgrade I went for the iPhone 8plus! At first it felt huge in my hand but after a week I was so used to size and feeling of it that it seemed normal. What isn’t normal is the size of this awesome screen. I am no longer holding the phone inchese from my eyes and surfing Safari makes pages so much easier to read and navigate. I also put a Loopy Case on my phone which helps me hold the phone without resting it on my pinky finger. If you don’t have a Loopy Case then you are missing out!

This iPhone does all it is expected to do. Very good screen picture, and the camera does a good job. If you are looking for an iPhone, this is a good one.
