Was good before it disappeared

I connected it to an Apple leather case which seemed like they connected well to me but I lost the wallet within two weeks. I would have thought the find my feature would have saved me but I found there's limitation when using that.

Frustrating experience

I bought an open box MagSafe wallet and had to return it to the store because it was still connected to someone else’s FindMy app. There is no way to disconnect it from their phone unless they do it on their end. I returned the MagSafe case to Best Buy and bought it new at Verizon. Since Best Buy had none in stock…. I’m mad I waited a week for it to come in the mail just to find that I couldn’t use it whatsoever. Buy it new and save yourself the frustration.

The product came in the 2021 midnight version, but when I compared it to an actual unopened midnight wallet, it was clearly the older version. Never buy an open box version of the wallet because people take the real one and return a fake or older version without FindMy. Best Buy associate who took the return listened, but I am not confident that it will be resold again.
