I talked to the person at the store about never getting it in the mail and they got on the phone and they told me I was credited back after coming home and checking that didn't happen, so I hope you read this and pay me back! I will be calling you, but want to see if you even read this!!

I want to have my old outdated i4 turned back on. The phone echoes half the time. Not all of my texts go through, I have to call or ask question to make sure. It has temperamental glitches a lot. My biggest regret is not returning the phone. It got a new SIM card one time and an update the other. I'm convinced that I got the rare lemon of a phone. I tried returning it twice within the 30days and each time was convinced by Best Buy it would get better. It hasn't. I've had 4 I phones before and loved all of them. Very dissatisfied with this one.

I'm happy with the phone. It's a little creepy that the phone has learned my schedule and notifies me how long it's going to take me to get to and from work and the gym everyday. That's new! And it's a little small but Indonlikenit.

I really like the ES, except that it keeps asking me to change passwords, and doe's not accept the ones I do put in over a day. I had a 4S, so I really like the size.

This is my second I phone and I like it a lot. It is faster than my first one and fits easily into my pocket.

It does the job but I cannot see that's it's anything special. One at one half the price would have been just as good. I think maybe I was steered the wrong way on this purchase.

This is the first time I've upgraded to a new iPhone and felt like it wasn't an upgrade. After having the iPhone 6, downsizing to the same sized model as the iPhone 5 is something I have not enjoyed! I also don't feel that any of the newer/upgraded features on this iPhone justify calling it an upgrade either--because I haven't really noticed any. My advice is to stick with what you have (unless you have the iPhone 4/4s maybe) and wait for the newest model of the iPhone to be released before upgrading.

After having this phone for a year it begins to give me technical difficulties. I should have stayed with Samsung Galaxy

Lot smaller than I expected. CPU is little slow. But still an iPhone. I guess I'm used to 6plus.
