Went from my trusty ip5 to SE, it was seamless. I have zero trouble updating apps. It has a Home button! Please make sure you get screen protection and a case, I would even get the insurance. I say this because the screen is now made of glass so it will crack if you drop it. I dropped mine in my driveway 10 minutes after setting it up. I hadn’t removed the plastic coating that comes on it, I was very lucky to only have a small chip on the corner. I did not purchase insurance because I did not know about it being glass. This was a gentle drop, it slipped out of my hands.

The new iPhone SE 2nd generation definitely has a better camera than the iPhone 7 but other than that, it’s pretty much the same phone with the exception of wireless charging availability on the SE. If you’re upgrading from a 6 or 7 then I would say go for it bc of the price and camera upgrade but if you are wanting a bigger screen, this phone doesn’t have it.

The phone works great and I love that Best Buy is offering the phone for $50 less than anyone else. It works great since it has the same processor as the iPhone 11 for a much better price. Also still has the fingerprint scanner which I prefer over the facial reader. Highly recommend!

Had to upgrade due to lack of my almost 4 year old iphone 7 refusing to stay charged. Annoying for busy people!! Anyway this one is basically the same (to me); I'm not a fancy person but super excited to have a phone that holds a charge all day. Hoping to get around in playing around with any of the new features as I discover them!

Great camera. Better apps. Much better battery life. Screen is super clear and bright. However, coming from having the 6s and the 7s (both 64 gb) this phone seems SUPER slow. Emails take forever and switching any tasks seems to lag. Loading websites takes longer and sometimes you have to reload the website several times before it fully loads.

inexpensive and great quality. Still in use by my spouse. Great product with still original battery. No need for the higher priced phones other than image and vanity.

It is a very good phone. It does not have all of the bells and whistles of say the iphone 11 but it definitely gets the job done. It is a reroll of the iphone 7 with some obscure new features. Sound quality is significantly better than the 7 as is the camera clarity.

Very good phone at a good price...I had an IPhone 6 and then recently got this after having my iphone 6 for five years. It doesn't have all the camera options currently offered by others but the price difference and way it performs far exceed paying 3X. Very happy with my new SE and hope to keep it for another 5 years.

I was an avid Android cell phone user for years. I always thought the iPhone was complicated and that is what kept me from looking into purchasing an iPhone. A close friend showed me how simple it is to use an iPhone and that sold me. When my Android phone died and could not be revived, I took the plunge. I am now the proud owner of a new iPhone SE (2nd generation) and I am very please with my purchase. The assistance I received when purchasing my phone at Best Buy was phenomenal. I can't say enough about the technical expertise of the clerks and their patience. So happy I went to Best Buy for my new iPhone. As their name implies - they are the Best!

I needed an upgrade from my old iPhone 6 but I did not want to spend beaucoup bucks for the fancier models. This model came in around $400 and suits my needs. I am impressed with the strong battery life, which was a needed improvement from the iP6.

I upgraded from a Samsung S7 to this phone. I love it. My nephew highly recommend changing to the iPhone. This is a great transition from Samsung to iPhone. The battery lasts about all day, vs my old phone that needed charged after lunch every day.

Ian very happy with the iPhone Se. I hesitated replacing my iPhone 6s because I didn’t want to loose my “home” button. This has all the new features and updated camera with portrait mode while still maintaining the “old” features I was familiar with.

Best buy had this phone in stock for pick up the day I called. It was going to take my phone carrier 2+ weeks to get the phone shipped. The phone is a bit larger than my 1st Generation SE, which is perfect for me. It does everything it is supposed to.

Replacement phone for my kid. She had an iPhone 6S and didn't want to lose the home button. This allowed her to still have it the button but full disclosure the button is pressure sensitive but does not click lol

Not confident that 5G will happen that soon soon, at least in comprehensive way, I replaced my 6S. Very happy with the upgrade - the fingerprint recognition is much faster and more responsive. Overall performance is noticeably faster.

I had to replace my first generation iPhone SE because of water damage. This is a good, affordable replacement, with some nice upgrades. I'd prefer a bit smaller size, but this is fine. I'm really enjoying the camera!

What more needs to be said. It's an iPhone, and it works great. The camera is surprisingly good considering that it's much more basic than models like the Pro Max.

This is my first iPhone which I bought to replace my Samsung six edge phone, it’s an unusually good value and so far I am pleased with its performance. The only problem I had is that it came with out a user manual so it took me a while to set up and learn the functions of the phone. Overall I’m happy with with it
