Not sure what was the problem, but two different associate said their system wouldn't let them close out the sale. It wa fathers day snd I had to leave. Came back next day and went direct to the guy that had the phone. Then, as providence would have it, the manager walks up to me and hands me the phone snd says everything just fine, and apologizes for the mixup. He impressed me.

I purchased two iphone SE devices. Both phones were not able to activate imessage function. After hours on the phone with AT&T, our carrier, we were able to get one phone to finally activate imessage. The second continues to display the "activation unsuccessful" message. Best Buy, and specifically Geek Squad just shrugs says it is something they don't address. The phones are now 30 days past purchase date.

At an affordable price, this iPhone performs everything incredibly well. It has amazing performance while still retaining good battery life. Although the camera is not as good as the newer iPhone models, it is still able to produce decent picture quality. Speaker quality is also fantastic. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the display brightness; I noticed that it does not get bright in outdoor conditions and it can be difficult to view the display in sunny conditions. But overall, I am really impressed with this iPhone.
