This gift worked out great. The person took to using the phone very easily. No problems with the operating system or crashing. Really a great piece of technology.

Finally made up my mind to get a newer iPhone! Cole walked me thru the ends and outs..helped me transfer my data, answered my questions (even ones I didn't know to ask). He was very patient while I searched my memory for passwords and made the whole experience an A+!
