Great phone at a good price. Easy to order, easy to use!

Does what my mom needs it to. Good for people not tech savvy but want an iPhone.

With every new phone getting larger, I am so happy Apple made a smaller one. The larger phones just don’t feel comfortable in my hand. The customer service staff was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process from selection, transferring data from old phone and activation was handled very efficiently.

Is a dependable phone, not the latest specs but gets the job done and best things cheap enough that can be purchased without outright without having to add another cost to your monthly phone bill.

First Apple phone I have owned and I am enjoying it! Much different from my old LG but I am learning to operate it and am having fun experimenting with the many features available to me. The cameras are really easy to use great pictures!

Niece loves it! Im an Android/Samsung, but the younger generation seams to prefer IOS. Great phone, amazing knowledge from Best Buy staff, purchase assistance made me very comfortable. I also learned new things from the staff.

This is it! Has all the important upgrades but retains the features that make it usable out of the box. Well priced. Especially recommend for someone who needs an upgrade but can't decide and is afraid of overpaying for features not really needed.

Does what I want at an affordable price without multiple cameras and extras. All I need is a phone to call and text on and fits in my pocket. I don't need all the extra stuff that clogs up new phones and makes them cost thousands of dollars.

I purchased the iPhone8 and it is great. The best part of the purchase was the time that each salesperson gave to me to help me learn how to use the phone. Up to this point I have had a flip phone. I was a smart phone virgin and really appreciated the help that I received from your employees.

My daughter really liked this phone until I ran over it with my truck lol. Served her well right up to that point. Surprisingly she was still able to use it long enough for us to replace it. We replaced it with the 13 mini which is about the same size.

This is my first smartphone so there is a sizable learning curve. My kids have helped me a lot but I’ve had two iPads and they are quite similar. The case was easy peasy to put on the phone. My phone is red the case is clear what more can you ask for. The associates that helped me were superior. I worked with Cody initially then a young lady, I didn’t get her name. Very knowledgeable and above all patient. Overall it was a great experience and a great product.

Data transfer from previous iPhone 5s was a snap. Looks slim and feels light. Very good phone and easy to use.

Very basic phone but meets my needs. Glad Apple realized not everyone needs or wants a high high high tech phone. My old phone was 5-6 years old and I hung on to it because I didn’t want to drop big bucks on a phone that was faster then the speed of sound, or could take me to the moon. This phone is reasonably priced, is nice and small and fits in my pocket, and meets my needs. Only complaint is I wish the camera had a better zoom lens to get in closer.

Bought this for my youngest for her first phone and she loves it. She was happy to get an iPhone and we got a great deal. This is a great starter phone or if you just want a smaller phone. She has had no complaints or problems so far. Super easy to find accessories for also!

Great little phone for the price. I loved the size of the phone. It is easy to use one handed and does pretty much everything you need in a basic cell phone. If you don't want to spend $1000 for the Pro phones and just need a basic phone this is it. The only downside is the battery life is below average. Other than that it is a great intro phone to the apple ecosystem.

Just switched from an s9 and I was surprised at how long the battery lasts on this iphone which for me has been almost 2 days since last charge. Granted I’ve had the galaxy since launch so take this comparison with a grain of salt since the s9’s battery should naturally deteriorate over time.

I was hesitant to order a phone through Best Buy instead of straight through my provider but set up could not have been easier. I love how small the phone is compared to larger iPhone models and appreciate the sales Best Buy runs on iPhones for existing Verizon customers.
