No problems, all upside. Before I left the store, the phone was activated, data transferred, and the protective screen cover and new case were installed and beautiful. Utterly satisfied.

Love This IPhone

He has always used an android through his work. He recently retired and the rest of our family use an iPhone. He is not into technology and this phone gives him some of the latest technology without overwhelming him with bells and whistles that he would get little benefit from. He has adapted really well and this phone fits his needs.

She finds that overall it works much better. It takes a little time to get used to the new system and she is still learning all the capabilities of the Apple phone system. Her friends have told her voice is much clearer on the new phone. The I-phone app store also has more of the apps she wanted to use compared to Google Play.

My first iPhone.

So far, I am really liking this phone. The Best Buy salesperson, who helped, curbside, was helpful, got the phone started and from there it was easy to get it configured to my needs. Still learning, but it is going smoothly.
