The screen is smaller than any phone I had in the past, however, it has similar internal parts of an iPhone 11 minus the hefty price tag. Purchased the phone online and saved $50 when I chose to activate with Best Buy.

I was surprised to see an iPhone at that price range. Was a little suspicious about what kind of phone I’d be getting. So far it’s great. Does everything I want it to do.

For 400 bucks, it’s not bad. Much better than spending 1,000 on the newest and greatest. I went from a 5c to this. Battery life isn’t as good as I thought it’d be and the screen brightness keeps dimming (even with auto dim turned off). I have to turn it back up 2-3 times a day. Still a good phone for the money. Just a few quirks.

Purchased an Iphone SE2020. All was set up, couple weeks later had issues. Geek Squad, and Phone techs tried their best to help few visits. Apple stepped in to correct problem Best Buy did their best.

Same old design with this era speed. Get this for old people who can’t adapt to having no home button lol.

When my wife's Android phone died and I made a choice of picking up the new Apple SE it has not failed to make her extremely happy, kudos to Apple, kudos to BestBuy and especially kudos to Ken you made the right choice!

Only issue that we had was Best Buy put the sim card under the sticker on the box. It created a number of issues including hours on the phone, a trip to verizon and then a trip to best buy. Phone works well so far.

Love my new phone. It is the same as my old phone. I think the old phone's battery was dying so it was time for a new one. Was used to the older phone so it was easy to get use to the new one.

So far it is good, but really don't use a cell phone much and only for calling, facetime, texting, photos and some GPS. Don't use many apps, don't read email nor go online (except for the GPS). So, really don't know if this would be good for someone who depends on their cell for all the other things it does.

Ryan was the person who assisted me in purchasing my i-phone. He is quite knowledgeable and presented the additional equipment in a helpful way. I am very satisfied with my phone and use it every day.

Great midrange phone that has suprisingly great specs and gets you into the Apple ecosystem (if that's what you want). Battery is subpar, and camera is definitely a step down from flagship offerings, but the tradeoff in price may be worth it for many.

Good phone for price! Like the size and simplicity.

This was a purchase for my daughter She broke her screen on her older phone so instead of replacing it I just went with an updated one since it was really old love Apple product

Love this phone. Got it for 200 during Black Friday week and it has all the features I need since I don’t do heavy photo editing with apps. Can’t beat it - much cheaper than iPhone 12 options

For $400, this was a good starter phone for my kids. They had the free phones from Verizon and they were free for a reason. Now I can be more confident about their phones working when they need to.

Updated technology in a phone that is the same on the outside as it's predecessor. If you aren't a phone snob who wants to show off the latest a greatest this is a fantastic option from Apple.

As always, apple has produced a reliable iPhone. The best part of the purchase included the employee, Marcus, who transferred data and explained the many functions of the iPhone.

We switched from boost to Verizon plus we switched from android to apple. Best Buy did amazing with walking us through the transition and we now have great service and a happier family

I had to get this great new IPhone for Grandma! She had such an old iPhone and I insisted she have a new one! She loves it! And BestBuy had the best price. Can’t go wrong shopping at Best Buy!
