having used the "other guys cell phones for years, i liked the price on the IPhone ES 2020. it took aboout a week to be up and running and i am likeing it better and better as time goes by.

I picked this iPhone because I always used an Android device before. It has been easy to get accustomed to and the sales representative really helped me before I left with it!

The phone itself was very durable, not much amid difference from its original. Overall good starter phone if you’re not interested in the pro versions of the iPhone.

The I-Phone second edition can do things I'll never need or wouldn't have ever thunk of, but it seems to do everything well.

I am very pleased with the new SE. it has the capacity, functionality, and versatility I needed. Plus , it is very affordable compared to the other new generation iPhones.

Purchased as a replacement for my son's phone. He prefers Apple products and wanted a smaller phone. Great service at point of sale at BB store on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. In and out in less than an hour. Feedback from my son on the phone's performance is excellent.

Great phone. Best Buy was extremely easy to purchase from, and do curbside pick up. The whole transaction took less than 15 min. and I had a new phone. Would recommend!

Purchased as a replacement device for my wife after having an iPhone 6S. Appreciate everything about it other than it went on sale during a 4day “Apple” event within less than a week after purchase. Contacted BB for price match and have not received any response back????

It is OK liked the old SE better but my battery was going out and it cost about $150 last time so I just got a new phone. I like the size and square shape of the old one. They just cant leave anything like it was.

Great phone even thou it is an older version. Works great for a senior citizen that doesn't do much but make phone calls.

I have no complaints about my phone. The only thing was getting used to the buttons, firm for my Passcode and light for Siri. Only thing, really. everything else was easy!

If you don't want all the bells and whistles but still want a powerful phone from apple, this one fits the bill. Cheap the current phone, but has a really good processor in it.

As always we can count on Best Buy after a sale. After buying the apple watch the phone had to be updated. The process was fast and the sales person was the best!
