Great deal for older person or young teen Not a big investment

First phone had the digitizer separate from the glass. Two days new.

Buttons on phone do not engage like they should.. Came by the store to see the sales person that initially helped me but he was not there.. Advised by other sales person to come back.. I will do that..

My dad needed a smart phone. This is a perfect starter for him.

Very touchy to use but not bad phone overall. Would recommend

It's a little small. It doesn't allow you to enlarge a rext.

I was sold on the price and size of this phone but I took it back a week later. It was fully charged when I took it off the charger at 9 am. By 4 pm the battery was drained. I had to put it back on the charger. I was telling my sister this and she exclaimed that she was having the same problem. I am not using it constantly so I don't know if it is a problem with this model.

Perhaps I haven' t worked with it enough. But I didn't want to have to take a course in order to be able to use the essentials of a telephone without running into techie "traps". Its use is not obvious even as it replaces my last iPhone - and it is too slippery! It, a second generation SE, is more contrary than my husband's earlier version of the SE. In fact his has presented fewer use complications, although the continuous upgrading of software on his is ... ANNOYING ... for him, to say the least.

I have never used this kind of phone before so I am still trying to teach myself how to use it. It seems to be very nice. So far I have had my son put in 4 phone numbers and I have made two calls.H

The phone itself is great, however when I purchased the iPhone SE 2020 the phone was supposed to be $16.67 monthly with a $16.67 monthly rebate from Verizon. I bought the phone in August, it is now December & Verizon has yet to give me a rebate. Basically I am paying full price for the phone. Verizon also raised my monthly bill almost $100 for adding one phone line. I have contacted Verizon multiple times, but with no luck to remedy the issues. The iPhone is fine, but there seems to be some sort of disconnect between Bestbuy and Verizon. Buyer beware!
