Not the best phone my iPhone 8 was better there is a echo when you talk on it. It keep looking for something on the phone and it’s always on.

This is my 3rd Iphone. I finally upgraded from from 6 and decided to go with the SE 2nd generation. I have not been very happy with the phone. I do love IPhone, just not this one.

not much faster than my iphone 8 - i thought it would be better but product is slow

Camera isn’t as good, but as expected. The phone has slowed down quicker than expected but still prefer the finger print

Very similar to my last iphone. A few differences make it a challenge. There may be settings I am not aware of. The "typing" seems very slow to register

if best buy would have done everything with Verizon like they said it would of been a better experience.

Good little camera if you don't mind Big Tech and the Chi-Coms collected information on you....know what I mean?!?

This phone was supposed to be better than the iPhone 8. The iPhone SE I got was not. The battery is better on the iPhone 8. Numerous other functions are the same if not better on the iPhone 8. I would stay with the iPhone 8 or upgrade to the XS or the 11

Phone freezes up too much..will not buy this phone again

I returned the phone and traded for a 12 mini at Verizon

Phone is fine... Best Buy not so much. Was supposed to be significantly discounted via adding a new line with Verizon. No discount, not even a credit at Verizon. And the one time fees for line and connection plus taxes was charged by Best Buy AND Verizon. Both are pointing at each other for it so I'm the sucker. Never doing this again.

Doesn’t come close to my old iPhone 6. Poor quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

Formatting not the same as my old phone so I'm going thru a learning curve...

This iPhone is too small they really need to keep this off the market

Nothing special here. Purchased for basic use as my previous phone was 6 years old and performed better than this new one. Biggest disappointment, battery life should last longer than it does. And I don’t watch movies or tv on it.

This is an ok phone if you don’t want one of the larger phones

Very unhappy with this purchase. 1) I ordered an iPhone online to be picked up at the store 2) got to the store and was told the item I purchased was not in stock 3) after an associate went to check he said he had the item there 4) had my Verizon iPhone added to my Verizon account and off I went. 5) fast forward 4 weeks, went to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and was told my 1 month old iPhone se 2nd gen was a locked phone and I now can’t use it since my account was switched to T-Mobile. I have 5 phones total and all of them switched over perfectly except for the one I JUST purchased at Best Buy!! 5) I was sold a phone that was not what I purchased, why would I buy a locked phone when an unlocked phone is the same price?? I WILL NEVER BUY A CELL PHONE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!

Not much different than my 7. Just another expense.

Purchased this phone for my wife w/o physically see it due to Corona, and it turned out not to be a good fit for her. This is the first time we have ever purchased a phone based on photo and dimensions given, She's not getting alerts for incoming email and some text messages. Unfortunately it can't be returned without a steep restocking fee.
