It’s a great version of an iPhone especially if you want something more simple

Got so used to Face ID, so going back to Touch ID was a little challenge but from the phone perspective there are no complaints.

Good phone but the 12mini was on sale for the same price one week so I would keep a lookout for that.

I ALWAYS buy the newest phones when they come out. I currently have my iPhone 11 Pro max AND a Samsung S20 Ultra. Decided to Preorder the new iPhone SE (Gen 2) since I always buy a new product.. Deff smaller than I imagined (exact size of a iPhone 8), but maybe its because I currently use my big phones daily.. One thing I noticed right away, it gets EXTREMELY hot when placed on a fast charger (im using Samsungs $79.99 Convertible fast charger).. Also, its been on the charger for 2-3 hours and STILL only at 33% (phone isn't even being used, AND doesn't have ANY apps installed, just a blank iPhone) Asked Best Buy about the issue, and they advised I can return it or exchange it, but that id get charged a RESTOCKING fee.. Why should I be charged for a phone that clearly isn't working right out of the box!! Not only will it not "fast charge", it takes FOREVER to charge on a WIRED charger that comes in the box with it..

Had a very bad experience. I bought this phone as brand new and from day1 the battery was not holding up the charging at all. Took the phone to the store asking for replacement. They are saying they can only replace the battery and I have to pay for this manufacturing defect. Very very disappointed. It’s just a month after the purchase. Apple said they cover 60 days as warranty for manufacturing defects. But Bestbuy is denying!!
