This phone works great and does everything we need with ease! This is our first Apple product and because of it, looks like the rest of the fam is converting. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the phone came with either the wrong charger (which was noticeably scratched and used) or wrong charging cable. I understand this was an open box, however I purchased it because it was supposed to be in excellent condition, per Best Buy's inspection. Needless to say, the phone looks brand new and we're definitely keeping it.

My wife had a 7 but it was time for an upgrade as we got a new wireless provider. She is not into the latest and greatest. Told her about the Se and she wasn't a believer at first and even didn't want to pay the full price. However, after talking to an associate and even being the same size as a 7, she loves it. It's like having her old phone but upgraded. Battery life is wonderful, takes really good pictures. It's Apple.

Like that screen size is slightly bigger than past phone. Pictures very clear and colors perfect.

Amazing phone for the price it holds. It has all the features except for the advanced camera features as you would see in iPhone 11 or 12. Other than that it fast, opens vast and complex documents, handy and durable. Good phone for the most of the purpose at a cheap price. I have iphone 11 pro max and cant see a huge difference between them except for the camera features.

I upgraded from the 6s, so this phone is practically identical - though the camera is much better and portrait mode is a nice feature. Very impressed with the battery life. I could go almost 2 days without needing to charge it, but of course this depends on how much you use your phone. I hope the new iPhone has better battery longevity.

Great product loved the small size and camera I would recommend for purchase

Bought this as an entry into the Apple ecosystem and to go with my new series 3 Apple Watch and AirPods and I will say they all work great together. My only complaint is the smallish screen and outdated design but it really doesn’t take away from the experience if your aren’t watching a lot of videos or similar activities that would benefit from a larger display. Performance is excellent and is overall great for those who still value a pocket-friendly smartphone. TouchID is also good in 2020 with masks being a requirement in most places.
