I especially find the Voicemail too complicated for just picking up a message. It's a small phone, nice for the pocket, but awful awful for the alphabet section, with letters always coming up wrong, and really bad when trying to write a new password, without a showing of what you've written.

Primary issue is the home button does not always engage for either of us, neither a light touch nor a heavy one. The store associate was able to set up an alternative touch screen option, but it's an extra step that shouldn't be necessary. If he hadn't already transferred all our information over from the old phone, we would have asked for a different unit. Otherwise meets our limited needs as light users. Photo quality is very nice.
