Alright phone, pretty expensive yet nothing too special about it

To little for any adult. Expensive and nothing recommend

Bought this phone for my mom... this phone heats up

Tbh It's pretty good for s month or two but the gets worse the battery dies line in 1 hour it's very slow and easy to crack i don't recommend

You will be disappointed if you are planning to buy this as an android user because you will lose a lot of freedom as you had on android. Feels very controlling like you can't transfer photos or videos from android or pc to iphone. The screen feels cheap and take over 2 hours to fast charge. Not very fast for having A13 bionic chip. I made a mistake if I were you I would get google pixel 4a for this price range

Had this phone for less than two month, has been in a case the whole time with no drops or anything and now it is randomly restarting if I try to use it for more than 2 minutes at a time. Extremely disappointed that Best Buy would sell this item as I have had no issues with anything else I have bought.

It’s the iPhone 8. Riddled with Bugs— even with their own software. Why they reintroduced their worst model ever under a new name is beyond me.

Bad service with this one I had a lot of trouble and I couldn’t get my package I had to cancel and get my money back because it never got delivered

Was Better off waiting to buy an newer phone. I feel like this phone was an overstocked model that they tweaked and sold again.

My review is not about the phone. it is about my experience on how Best buy reacted to my questions - i got a new unlocked iphone and came with a sim card inserted ? i checked with Apple( have case id for confirmation) they confirmed that won't send unlocked phone with sim card. so i question and best buy didn't say different story! i have not convinced and doubt this a store piece or not ? need to know why there is a dis connect between apple and best buy.

it says open line but when I open the phone it showed verizon. And phone is too small and looks exactly like iphone 7 or iphone 8

Terrible Phone! Where do I begin. It cuts out when I’m on the phone talking. The phone gets EXTREMELY HOT. Where I can even hold it. It’s really bad. Everytime apple has an software update my phone stops working altogether

Is just like an iPhone 6 SE but more expensive, I mean all apple products are like that, you just pay for an overpriced item

Did not import contacts in a logical manner. Would not let me log into Apple properly. Don’t waste your money. Returned it the next day. It doesn’t work like my IPad.

There is something wrong with this purchase & with the purchase before this one for $543.50… I paid $1519.99 for two cell phones & they were split up one under each purchase I made that nite???
