This phone does all that we need from a phone. Very pleased with the functionality and price. For us, there's no need to spend any more than the what this SE 2nd generation cost. Very superior to the Samsung Galaxy S6 that it replaced. Now, everyone in our immediate family owns an iPhone.

Ordered online for store pick up, all during the heart of the COVID lock down. The Best Buy staff were great and made my shopping experience and safe and productive experience. The phone works well. Setting it up is a snap. Great lower cost alternative to updating your iPhone.

This iPhone is fantastic - so much better than the two generations of iPhones I've had. It's slim, very easy to handle, and is just super easy to use. Highly recommend - the price/value is best by far of all iPhones I've ever seen. I wouldn't spend $600 more for a big screen.

I feel like it a a refurbished iPhone 6 on the outside with new technology on the inside. I feel the home button should have been done away with and upgraded to Face ID. This is why I feel it’s refurbished 6 iPhone. It also doesn’t have full screen edge to edge. It’s cut off at the top and bottom like the old iPhone 6. Other than those two it works fine and is good. I feel for the price point it’s a good phone overall.

Battery life isn’t quite as good as my wife’s Xr. Camera is great. Easy to use.

I reluctantly relinquished my iPhone 5 but wanted a small phone. This is the size of the iPhone 8 so it's a little bigger than I wanted but still the smallest iPhone on the market at the moment. Works great, except it's still bigger than what I'm used to.

Upgrade from a previous SE and we are pleased with the improvement. Connects faster, a little bit bigger but not enough so it fits into pockets as the first generation did. Also Best Buy had special price so made it even more attractive to switch.

Considering it’s only the SE it works very good and for a lot less in cost

I wanted a phone similar to the iPhone 7 I had (which died) so I would not have to learn new things like the more advanced iPhone. This has all I need, is the same size as my old phone, and everything transferred from the cloud without a problem.

I converted from an Android to a I phone with some hesitation at 1st. I love this phone! The picture quality is amazing! It’s super fast and I’m learning new features all the time. I do miss some of the features that my droid had but I’m adjusting.

This phone works well for me. Good camera. Much faster than my older iphone.

I had an Apple 7 iPhone that was having a battery problem and decided to replace the phone. The se 2nd edition was a perfect replacement with plenty of battery life and has been working great for me and also a great price from Best Buy.

I am happy with my Apple SE phone. It is the same size as an IPhone 6s in size, which was what I had. I did not want anything larger and it has all the features I need on a phone.

Bought 2 one for me and one for my son. We are both happy with our new iphones, no complaints. They work great & we love the bigger size of the 2020 version. You can’t go wrong with this iPhone and it’s much more affordable price!

I got this for my dad as an early Father's Day present. It's his first iPhone and despite being technologically inept, he's taken to it very quickly. It's not large and bulky, but the perfect size to keep on his belt or in his pocket.

Still learning some features and ways to get around or back where I would like to be, but can tell it is a great phone with options yet unexplored. Just need more time to do the exploring. Loving the basics I am already using.

My boyfriend loves this phone. Speed is awesome and the camera rocks

Does everything iPhones can do (minus camera features of 11 and maybe some other odds n ends) for a good price.

My old IPhone 6 would lose Apple support within a year, so it was time for an upgrade. I chose the SE mainly because it uses the same A13 Bionic chip as the top-of-the-line IPhone 11, so it should have support for a long time. Love: 1. Retina display. 2. Portrait mode included in its one lens. Dislike: 1. Small screen size 2. Lacks a second lens—there’s no wide-angle or telephoto. I rate this IPhone good only because there is so much to master on the phone after owning the basic IPhone 6. There’s a lot here at a budget price.

This phone is great! I have my family on my phone plan, and my sisters phone was damaged beyond repair. She loves this phone. More space, better processor, more ram, its got some pretty high end specs for the price. Well worth it.
