Good purchase for price for apple product. It is smaller than new iPhones which I like.

I ordered a Kitchenaid Dishwasher with 3 racks and all the bells and whistles. It was installed today 10-10-20 by 2 young men. They installed it without a mess or any trouble. I paid to have the old one hauled off. Will see how everything works tonight, Thanks Best Buy

Great service and price for new I-Phones Great service and price for new I-Phones. The young man who assisted us was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the product and the process of transferring the data from the old phones.

I went to Best Buy to replace my dying IPhone. I always go to an Apple store to buy Apple products, but because of closures due to Covid19, Best Buy was recommended by my son. The sales rep was interrupted several times while he switched data from the old phone to the new one, He was distracted and clearly concerned with other transactions going on around him. So now my IPhone doesn’t sync with my IPad and it won’t communicate with my Bluetooth. I’m so upset I didn’t hold out to visit an Apple store and have a representative properly manage and avoid those problems. Never, Ever will I purchase an Apple product from Best Buy. So disappointing. Now, I’m left with having to drive a long way to the closest Apple store and have THEM fix this

Great iPhone for the budget savvy. Get the perks of an iPhone without the price tag.

I was getting tire of my large Oneplus 7 Pro, and without trying the SE out I purchased it. I did not think the small size would bother me because I had a iphone 7 bother it is just too small now. Battery life is really short, regularly goes below 50% with moderate use. But charge speed is quick so keep a charger with you.

So glad to have the touch button again! This phone is much smaller than the other newer versions. It’s a basic model, nothing too exciting. Mainly purchased to have the touch button.

I had to replace my i5 and this is the closest I could get. It's small enough to fit in my pocket, but the screen is bigger. It requires a 6 digit security code, which is an annoyance. I have to reenter the code way too often. Sometimes I have trouble getting a function to work. I'm still getting used to it but not overly delighted.

Phone was exactly what I needed to replace old one. In the midst of the Pandemic I was able to get an appointment to go into store and received very safe service! I never felt uncomfortable. All my questions were answered and in about an hour I had a perfectly new phone.

A nice phone. Set up was easy. Fast internet connection; very good battery life.

Purchased this as a gift for my father. So far he loves it. Nice easy set up.

At this point it is probably obvious that the new SE is an excellent upgrade for an original SE holdout. It is not the top of the line phone, but if you are reading this review, you shouldn't be considering this phone. However, it is a great value for what you get.

Same features as bigger phone in a smaller package

If you like a smaller phone, the SE has upgraded tech to match the 11. So far so good.

I had a 6 plus and I wanted to upgrade but didn’t want to spend A lot for the 11. I settled for the SE and so far it’s been great, screen is definitely smaller than expected, but I don’t mind. Highly recommend if you want an upgrade but don’t want to spend money.

The phone has met all our expectations & seems to run all the apps smoothly.

Pretty good deal with Verizon and get a new phone with addition of new line t your Verizon account. The phone itself has nice features that are standard with apple but doesn’t have the face recognition. You can access your phone either thru fingerprint touch or passcode. Probably that why most people aren’t getting this phone and they are giving it away for free with contract.

Bought for my technology limited wife. Just uses for calls, just learning to text.
