I purchased this phone basically for security. And during the Pandemic that may go on longer than anyone wants, you need a phone to get into Dr. and Dentist offices and can call and say I am in parking lot #2 and they will bring your groceries or order to your car for contactless orders. But it is also peace of mind while traveling, in case of emergency. I purchased this phone due to ease of use and simple. I did not need a phone with all the bells and whistles and this would be perfect for a child or teenager as their first phone.

I will be honest I fell in love with this phone the few first moments I had with it, basically the guts with a modern apple phone, but a smaller phone easier to text one handed, and more comfortable usability. The return of Touch ID is one of the features I love, the Face ID to me always has been very fickle especially with folks with glasses and the motion controls aren’t as easy to grasp for new smart phone users as the touch control in my opinion. All in all great product with the only hang up of maybe a the caveat of 1 gig of ram, would improve the speed of the phone.. well worth it for the money

This SE, second generation replaces my SE first generation. I love the size, so convenient. It’s such an easy phone to get used to. I purchased this by appointment, the process was so easy, and the sales person, Marshall was very knowledgeable and made it such an easy purchase. Thank you Apple and Best Buy.

This is not the latest phone but it has many excellent features. I love the slightly smaller size that is not so heavy in my purse or pocket. It has the same 64GB and is easy to use and navigate. The camera works fine and the can be enhanced just fine. This phone meets all my needs.

I bought this phone for my 80 year old mom to upgrade from an IPhone 6s Plus. She liked having the home button feature and the price was great compared to the 10 and 11. The only downside is the smaller screen but she loves everything else about the phone so she will get used to it!

I was shopping online for this iPhone for my son. I was surprised at the sale price (with free shipping) even cheaper than Costco. I was a bit wary because of the great online sale price, but I thought, go for it, it’s Best Buy, not an unknown store. We got it earlier than expected. Just make sure to be at your house because it gets delivered right at your front door. We got a red iPhone SE 2020, which he wanted. Set up was so easy. We just turned it on and it gave us the option to transfer info from his old phone. He had my old iPhone 6+. We knew it was smaller but it is not obviously by much. I highly recommend this iPhone for price and quality. This is my 2nd purchase at this store online this week and I am not getting anything for this review.

Cannot beat the price point. 2nd gen SE is a huge upgrade from the previous SE. Best Buy sent it to me in three days with free shipping. Super easy to activate and transfer all my data from my old phone. It was nice not to have to go into the Verizon store to activate the phone.

This is my first cell phone and I found it very easy to use. I am 70 years old and not very knowledgeable with computers and I was able to start using right away without having to read a manual. The size is just right for my hand and I can clearly hear what is being said.

This is an excellent cell phone for its price. The thing I particularly like is the size. Previously I had a iPhone 6 and this phone is exactly the same size but has a much better battery and camera. The features are not necessarily that astounding but that is fine with me. It fits my lifestyle perfectly.

Replaced a 1st generation iPhone SE with this 2nd Generation mode. Gained 4x the memory and a significant increase in speed. Screen resolution much improved as well. Apps and data easily transferred from original phone without difficulty.

Excellent phone with all the features I need. Right size for basic use (phone, text, social media, web query. Fast and reliable. Excellent battery life, especially compared to previous model 6S.

I knew this iPhone SE (2020) was virtually the same as my old iPhone 6s - and it is, with that “new / better” factor. Same size, longer battery life, quicker and just as easy to manipulate. Exactly what (all) I was looking for at this time.

This phone has updated features and is a perfect size for someone who doesn’t care about a “souped up” camera and all. It’s easy to use, fits perfectly into all of my purses and wristlets and pockets!!!

You can’t ask for more at this price point for an Apple Phone. And Best Buy had the best price ANYWHERE in town. Extraordinary service and I recommended it to all my friends. Same chip as the iPhone 11 so it is FAST- Good camera and meets your needs.

I’m very happy with my 2nd generation SE. I had the original, so going to up dated one was easy. I like that it’s thinner, has a bigger screen and is lighter,than old SE. I also like that I have much more storage available. I would buy it again.

I upgraded from an iphone 6 and this felt perfect in my hands. I love the button and love the fact this phone is cheaper too! Now if only Apple would stop making software less user friendly and "just work" as they used to advertise...

Needed a new phone but didn’t want to spend to much. Was given a great price for my trade in. This phone is just what I wanted. Picked up the phone at the store. Had all my data put onto the new phone. Was quick and easy.

This is quite possibly the fastest phone I personally have owned. I upgraded from the original SE, which was perfect for everyday use. Now that I use my phone more as a business and research tool, I needed something that was a little more robust and with a larger display. I like the fingerprint button to access all of my accounts, too. Just became accustomed to the button and is a personal preference. Every task is super responsive to the touch. I paired this phone with the Tech21 clear case Model: 49618BBR and it keeps the size down when in my pocket. I 100% recommend this phone for the right price and speed.

Bought this as a first time smartphone for an older relative. I’ve been a long time iPhone user and thought it would be best for us to be on the same ecosystem. I’m really impressed with the speed and quality of the build for a “budget friendly” iPhone. It’s even faster than my iPhone 8 Plus. Tempted to get one myself if it weren’t for the new models coming out just around the corner.
