Phone is great! But had billing issue.

The phone was sent with SIM card already installed but did not have the instructions for activating it on Verizon. Luckily I purchased another phone that came a day later with the instructions. There is also a problem with the recurring payments. Bestbuy says one thing but Verizon contract is more. Tried calling customer service but 48 minute wait to talk with a rep. Not happy!

Phone for my girlfriend

Not really an upgrade

It wouldn't do the same things my older 5S did. After 3 appointments with the Apple store and 2 phone conversations with them plus a return visit to my car dealership (I couldn't pair this phone with my new car), I decided to keep it! The last Apple representative I interacted with calibrated it and everything was fine. I'm more disillusioned with Apple for not solving the problem on my first visit.

Good camera / easily damaged

But it only got a little water on it and it fried out just a few weeks after we bought it. Now we are stuck with it. Very disappointing.

First the battery was draining, then after I got the phone replaced for a new one, the SIM card wasn't working in the new phone. Had to contact Verizon. Not a fan so far.
