Good upgrade from the iPhone 7!

I like how it fits the iPhone 7 case perfectly and has the home botton (which will 100% eventually go away). The battery life and new chip is what I wanted. Battery life is good for what I use the phone for. Has held up to drops coming out of the pocket, and works as it should!

Sound quality has improved too. Battery charge retention and ease of charging battery much better too.

Also quick service and transfer of all data from Geek Squad. Thanks for the great service

Bad service not willing to help solve the problem

Rep at Best Buy said I am not lying sometimes that’s what happens with postal. Did not Ofer to trace it so I filled out the forms to trace it. When I finally got the phone geek squad was to transfer the old to the new. When I got home nothing worked on the phone and went to local Verizon to make it work. Last time for best buy
