This is my first iphone ever. I've always had android but since much of my family is on apple I figured I'd go for it too. I'm not unfamiliar, however, with the operating system as I have an ipad mini 2. The one and only obvious drawback would be the screen size. I did drop in size since my last phone was a galaxy s4. Aside from that, it's all positives. 64gb hard drive is plenty big. Battery lasts quite well. Applications run quickly. The fingerprint recognition doesn't always work, but that isn't a big deal for me. If you're looking for an iphone and would rather spend around $100 instead of $2-300 for 64gb, this is a worthy choice.

This phone has almost all of the same features as the 6s and the one or two things missing are not important. One is the easy edit feature for text messages. The camera on this phone takes really good pictures and videos. It is fast, light, and still fits nicely in my shirt pocket. The 6s does not do that. I did not want a mini tablet for a phone, so this one has all the features I wanted and still has the right size.

I really like the 4" phone size so that limits me to the SE as the best option. Camera works better in low light than the 5s and the battery life is better. Not much also noted other than more processor power which isn't all that noticeable for the most part as I don't game.

I will say I have ALWAYS been an android fan and I still am. I traded in a Note 5 for this phone. Here are my reasons why: 1) Size: I wanted a phone I could use with ease in one hand again and this size was just perfect. 2) Size: Lol, I know I put size twice, but it was THE most influential factor for me. 3) Specs: Even though I went with a smaller phone, the specs are future proof at least for the next several years to come........ I hope. The camera is alright compared to the Note 5. I do miss the Note 5 picture quality as well as the 2K screen. That thing was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will say even better than the new S7/S7 edge which they have more warm tone to them. The Screen on the iPhone SE is not bad at all though. I honestly hardly notice a difference in quality when I don't have any side by side comparisons. 4) Battery life: HOLY COW!!!!!! The battery life on this things BLOWS away my note 5. Even though it had a 3000mah battery, this little guy easily lasts me a day and a half without needing to recharge. The phone on idle basically uses no power at all. The battery management on this phone is no joke and you WILL be surprised at how long the battery lasts. 5) Google now: Even though I have moved to apple, I can still get all of my native google apps on my iPhone. I still don't use siri, I will forever say "Ok Google". The google apps work just fine and it allows me to stay in my comfort zone. If you are worried about making the jump to this little guy, no matter what phone you are coming from, you will love this phone. Overall, there is no comprise in my opinion. This phone in real world use keeps up with the best of them.

I really like this phone because of its compact size compared to other phones. It is lightweight and fits easily into a pocket. The battery life is good and it takes great pictures. Overall, it was a great buy with exceptional quality for a low price.

Nice upgrade from a 5s! Good to get the smaller size but with all the speed and most of the features of the 6s at a fraction of the cost.

I came to Apple mainly due to the size of this phone. I have a tablet and a laptop, so was sick of lugging a huge phone around. The iPhone SE has been absolutely flawless! Fast, no lag or lock-ups like my Android device. Battery lasts all day and then some (actually lasts longer than my Droid Turbo did - BY FAR). I have actually grown to like the simplicity and consistency of iOS.

I had an iPhone 4 and I always liked it even though it was old. I mainly liked the way it fit into my hand, unlike the much larger iPhone 6 and iPhone 7. However it began to get very slow, sometimes taking as much as 1 minute to load Facebook...so I finally gave in to get a new phone. I was really glad to find a new iPhone that is fast, with a good camera, and also fits my hand like my old iPhone 4. The iPhone SE is perfect for me and so far I have had no trouble with it.

I had a iPhone 5s - and the battery was totally shot - and the memory of 32GB I had outgrown especially when making videos at live concerts. I dislike the 6 and 6+ as they are too large to fit in my front pocket and not interfere with my driving. It's the exact same size as the 5 and has all the updated chips found in the 6 and other technologies. Plus I was able to get double the memory 64GB and battery life is fantastic better than the 6 or 6+ with it's smaller screen.

Purchased this as a replacement when daughter's 32GB iPhone 5s was stolen. Pricey. Lucky to find one that hadn't been preordered. Pros: Small size was a requirement for fitting in jeans pockets and other small clothing spaces, and to reuse existing cases. 6 and 6+ were considered out of the question because of size. The rose gold is pretty. Camera takes good pictures. Cons: Only 2 memory sizes - why? 16GB was too small so had to go with the higher-priced and less-available 64GB. Phone screen went black and phone had to be hard reset on Day 15 (just after it could be returned/replaced) for some unknown reason. Makes me a bit nervous that this could happen again. Fingerprint sensor was tricky to set up and occasionally doesn't recognize her finger.

I used my phone while working and while the larger screen phones are nice, they are not practical for carrying around in your pocket. This maintains the compactness of the old iPhones while upgrading the processor and camera to be up to par with the newer iPhones. A plus is the price point. I cannot rationalize spending almost a grand for a cell phone that will just be old stock 6 months after its release, so this phone also wins in that arena as well.

Keeping the same size of the previous generation allows for easy one handed operation and minimal bulk for rationale people who don't need a massive screen in their pockets 24/7. The power and speed are fantastic, the double RAM of the 5s model makes web browsing tolerable for once, and the battery life finally gets the job done of getting through the day with spare charge left in the tank. This is what should have been offered last fall. Great upgrade.

I am not a big fan of the larger design phones available today. When Apple re-introduced the old iPhone 5 body as the iPhone SE, I wa every interested. It did not take too long to decide this was the best upgrade for myself, and the other member of my family. We love the form factor size. Its easy to carry around and very powerful. the camera is a great upgrade and really love having 64GB in a phone! Great small, powerful package!

This is my first iPhone and I really like it. The size is perfect for me, yet it's zippy running apps unlike older similarly sized phones. I also like that it's the classic IPhone design.

There is a lot that has already been said about the iPhone 6 and 7 but very little press on the iPhone SE. It has better specs than the iPhone 6, is smaller, has a great camera and all in the form function of an iPhone 5. Did I mention it's also just over a 1/3 of the monthly cost of an iPhone 7? Get this device. you will not be disappointed!

I have been an iPhone user for many years. I prefer the smaller models, so I waited until the new SE model was available. It fits in my small purse (the one I use almost all the time) or in my pocket, and it doesn't hurt my hands to hold. The bigger phones are great for bigger hands... The SE is elegant and lightweight and fast. I love it.

Smart move for Apple. This phone feels and looks just like the 5S, but with the power and battery combo of the 6 and 6S. I love that it comes in the rose gold option and that we now have choices in the size of up to date phones. Excellent quality all around. Great build, best mobile OS, best App store, great camera, excellent battery, beautiful screen. It performs well and is fast. It's exactly what I need and then some.

I postponed upgrading from my iPhone 5 because the new iPhones were unnecessarily large and expensive. After online research I opted to go with the iPhone SE and was very pleased. The battery life is fantastic, I was able to keep all of my old cords/cases/etc and from my perspective it has almost all of the same capabilities as the iPhone 6s. The best part....hundreds of dollars cheaper! Highly recommend this phone!

First off, two disclosures: 1. I think people spend way too much on cell phones. 2. I own a Nexus 7 tablet that I do all my gaming and reading on while at home. I previously owned an iPhone 5 that served me well for nearly four years, but it got stolen. I used a Galaxy S6 (on Sprint) for a little while and liked it a lot, except the poor battery life. But I needed to get back on Verizon, and with carriers no longer subsidizing the price of phones I refused to spend the $700 they charge for flagship phones. Heck, I thought the $499 they originally wanted for this phone was ridiculous. But Best Buy came through with a fantastic price of $12/mth for a total of $288! I was sold. This phone has the same camera and processor as the iPhone 6s, and both are quite impressive. I've had to get used to the small screen size after using the GS6, but now that I have I prefer the smaller size in my pocket. Oh and the battery life is fantastic.. I'm on my second day on this charge as I type this. Again, keep in mind I do most of my playing on my Nexus. Overall I'm absolutely ecstatic about this phone.

If you like the old form factor and want to upgrade to a new iPhone, get this one. Its fantastic. I tried out Android because i thought the devices had finally matured enough at this point to compete with apple, boy was I wrong. Apple is the way to go and right now the SE is the best of the Apple devices. Its battery life is fantastic, its super fast, great camera (the rear one is the same one as its big brothers)!
