Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the iPhone X 64GB's excellent camera quality, expansive screen size, and smooth performance as significant strengths. Many appreciate the ease of use and the innovative Face ID feature, while some find the lack of a home button and the high price less appealing. The phone's design and battery life also receive positive feedback. However, the absence of a headphone jack is a recurring point of criticism for some users.

Excellent upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I moved from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to 256G iPhone X. Throughout my life, I have been Nokia (old one & Window OS one) and Samsung (Android phone) user. I like the feel and features given by this iPhone X. Face detection is awesome (works in dark as well). Entire phone is your screen and hence, some of the functionality got change. But it only take one day to get used to it. Overall - excellent upgrade for me.

Love it even more than I expected...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn't bring myself to spend a thousand bucks on the new XS and then decided I was too cheap for an XR as well so I upgraded my 6s+ with 128gb to this and was pleasantly surprised. I was worried that the smaller form factor would feel like a let down even though the screen is as big but I actually like it way better cause it's so much easier to use one handed. Face ID almost always works, unless I'm lying down and then it's as though it's never even seen me before lol. I had plenty of storage space to spare on the 128gb so i'm barely even using a third of the space on this one but hopefully that will mean it will think a little faster? *fingers crossed* The battery on the 6s+ would be in the red zone but the end of the day with moderate use, but I can do some serious browsing and still have 40 to 50% of my battery left when I finally charge it so that's awesome too.

Super cool
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Premium device with quality features. The screen is an edge to edge beauty, the overall phone size is smaller than previous versions of iPhone Plus. The camera takes pictures on par w/ stand alone digital cameras. Added features are wireless charging - 5w now, w/ a software release to bump to 7.5w. Gestures take some getting used to, w/ iPhone X pull down from top right to get control menu. Love it

An excellent upgrade from iPhone 6S Plus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to pass on the 7 and the 8 and go straight to the X and could not have been happier. The camera is AMAZING for a mobile phone and the added haptics make the phone feel like it has buttons even tho we’re now home button Free. Only complain is i can’t see my battery percentage (or turn it on anymore for that matter since the feature has been removed) unless i go to the Notification Center.

Best iphone yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a fan of the iPhones, had almost all the models since the first iPhone that was released in 2007. I have to say that the iPhone X is the best one by far. Perfect size, good battery live, fast. Not sure what I will upgrade to after this one.

Solid features overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first thing that drew me to this iPhone over the 8 was the size...it's perfect overall and so is the screen size. I was hesitant of letting go of the home button but 3 days in and I found myself not missing it at all. The facial recognition feature works very well, even in the dark. It also works most of the the time if it is down near your lap and you look down...huge plus it your trying to be discreet in staff meetings. The camera features are phenomenal and many of the old ways of doing things (for ex: killing apps by double-clicking the home button and swiping up) you now have to swipe up and hold....same feature, new way of doing it. Overall, I'm loving it. My only negative is the layout of the side buttons. A few of the functions require you to hold 2 buttons down at once and, because these aren't the more common functions I use, I never remember the correct combination.

Excellent Phone, Worthy Upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moving from an iPhone 7 Plus, I was skeptical that this phone would have enough upgrades to make me want to keep it. I use my phone for more work than play, and I need something that can keep up with my demanding schedule and productivity apps. For that reason, my last phone was a 7 Plus. The plus, for me, had a great screen size, battery life, camera and offered great storage and speed. It was, however, a bit chunky, but not enough for me to complain about. While the iPhone X has a "5.8 inch" screen, it is slightly more slender and has less actual area than the plus, and doesn't have a 16x9 aspect ratio either. Despite these differences in screen dimensions, I couldn't be more pleased with the device. I love the size, and every time I pick the phone up I am reminded of what a premium device it is by its reassuring weight and perfect size. The screen quality and brightness is absolutely phenomenal, with punchy yet realistic colors and amazing contrast. In fact, the screen is so good that it looks as if it was actually printed on the glass. I have the larger screen combined with a pocketability and size that better suit my hands than my previous 7 Plus. The processor is no slouch, either. It destroys heavy multitasking and intensive apps with aplomb, but does become warm with cpu-heavy apps. Battery life has been slightly shorter than a 7 Plus, but that's no issue as this phone now supports rapid charging if you are willing to spend the extra $79 on a new adaptor and usb-c to lightning cable. It goes without saying that I was skeptical about the practicality and the accuracy of Face ID. It works exceptionally well. In fact, I find it to be more reliable and in many cases faster than Touch ID, which this replaces. However, being a twin, I wasn't surprised when my phone would unlock after scanning my twin's face. That was not a deal breaker for me and should not be as controversial as it is; if you are worried about your twin compromising your security than you should definitely look at what is wrong with your family relationships before criticizing your phone. I love Apple's cases and would highly recommend picking up a Leather Case to protect your investment. If you go all out, this will set you back a very pretty penny, but you shouldn't be surprised. Rivaling devices, like the Note 8, will be close to the same price point. You are really paying to be at the forefront of technology here, and I definitely don't regret taking the leap of faith into the iPhone X.

Great new product from Apple
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Two of the best reviews of Apple products that I've heard: 1 - Apple products are for people with more money than time. 2 - Apple phones are more like appliances, vs Android phones which are more like miniature computers. I've always like iPhones, because I honestly just want a product that I can use and not have to think about. I don't want to tinker with my phone, I don't want to jailbreak it, I don't want to sideload apps. I like the closed ecosystem, because I don't have to worry nearly as much about rogue apps. The iPhone X is a great update. I love FaceID - it's fast and accurate, and honestly good riddance to the home button, which failed on three of the last five Apple devices I owned. The only downside is that everyone else in my family prefers a smaller phone. I wish Apple bothered to make a smaller version of this.

Apple all the way
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This iPhone is what they should have been all along. Losing the home button isn’t bad at all and the facial scan is more convenient than the finger scanner once used to it. Screen is fed better than led models and size is bigger than the plus I had.

Full screen = Full satisfaction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This iPhone is a great improvement comparing to iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 Plus. Definitely different to those two and took a bit to get use to no home button. That fades quickly and is a small learning curve to adjust to. Fast. Love the camera.
