Of several iPhones I’ve owned over the years, this is by far my favorite yet. It is fast and sleek, durable (it’s been dropped without sustaining damage...with case and tempered glass screen protector of course), the display has brilliant colors, the camera has crisp resolution and many advanced features, and on top of all this it’s small enough to easily fit in a pocket or small purse. Why four stars instead of five? This model is missing one critical feature that my last iPhone had...fingerprint recognition. I don’t care for facial id (my son is sneaky and can hold it up to my face unexpectedly for unauthorized access) so I use a 6 digit passcode instead. This comes with a trade-off though; the lack of a home button at the bottom of the screen provides more usable screen space in a smaller package. If Apple could simply use a rear button like its competitors for fingerprint recognition, this phone would have a solid five star rating.

I had the Note 8 for 5 months and had to switch back since the Google Play Store didn't have the apps that I needed for work :/ Loved the Samsung, but there are just so many disadvantages of being out of the "Apple EcoSystem." But all of that aside, this phone is great. The first thing I noticed after switching to the X was that the battery was SOOOO much better than the Note 8. It was the most notable difference. Other than that, it's an iPhone. The notch doesn't bother me, the camera is amazing, and the wireless charging works way better on this phone than with the Note 8.

What can I say this phone is certainly new and improved. Has more screen real estate that was missing before. You lose the home button but get so much more. Only thing is one handed operation with my hands is impossible but not if your andre the giant I'm sure.

Face recognition is freaky awesome. The camera quality is awesome. Pictures taken from this phone are like professional taken. Super fast speed.

The smaller size is awesome without sacrificing the screen size. The camera is unbelievable, It has so many features I am still discovering. Love it!

The new oled screen is the best advancement Apple has made on their phones yet. You can see in extremely bright places unlike with the old phone screens. Face ID is good, works well. Swiping up takes a bit to get used to but overall great product from apple

The phone feels more solid in the hand and futuristic with the new Face ID. Combined with the image stabilizers for the cameras and the new faster processors deliver the best iPhone experience yet.

I am just a couple of weeks into using the iPhone x. So far seems fairly simple to operate. The only difference is the face identity for opening the phone which seems to work more quickly then the finger print and of course no home button.. I'm not a fan of closing the apps though you need to swipe up slowly then press on one and there appears a negative sign then swipe them up or press on the negative sign. You need to press in just the right spot on the app for the negative sign to appear and its a pain, I don't use the camera that much but it will take some studying to really master it. I like the phone but I don't love the phone that's why the four stars.

Are all apple products over priced? Yes, but this iPhone is a game changer. The gestures are easy to understand after playing with it for a few hours. A full screen on a mid-size phone is awesome. Finally wireless charging to iPhone. Great build quality.

So happy that I upgraded from the 6. I love the facial recognition and the ease of the phone. Very user friendly. And the camera is great.

Its an iPhone. It works perfectly, No surprises! Camera, great. speed of operation, great. Looks, great. Ease of use, great. This is a great phone.

A long time android user, this was my first iPhone. I love that it has 256GB of storage, a great camera and the face recognition is really nice

I was skeptical about purchasing this iPhone, but I’m glad I did, one can finally do everything needed with one hand including purchases with the face time feature. No more buttons, button are now Dinasour’s when it comes to mondern day Technology.

Great screen, still best in class performance. The notch appears ridiculous at first but fades away after a day or two and is no longer a distraction

Love my new phone. I preordered it on the B.B. site the day you could and actually feel asleep and woke up hours after it started. I still got my phone on release day. It is nice to have a full screen, it’s tiny so not bulky like the plus models and

I love this phone but I’ve only ever had iPhones. I like Face ID and I really like the size. Battery life is better than any other iPhone I’ve owned.

Love the phone but the only real benefit of the iPhone X over the 8 is the OLED screen. Face recognition is nice but isn’t worth buying alone. Most apps don’t take advantage of the larger screen yet and crop it to the same size as if you had an 8

I have had no problems converting to a x without the home button. Nice size and screen picture. Just right! Love the Face ID!!! It’s really fast!

My Wife was having trouble with her IPhone 6. Needless to say it was shutting off and on. So we went and go this one. Although the screen is much bigger she is more satisfied with the video and picture clarity. She is currently have trouble getting the gmail to automatically push but I am sure once that is resolved she will be extremely happy.

The display and cameras are very good and it's a lot faster than the 7. The battery life is also much improved. Great phone, I love it.
