Build quality is astounding, and the swipe gestures are intuitive and much faster than the home button. FaceID works great. Overall it's a fantastic device for their first attempt at a full screen phone. I do wish the battery life was slightly better, and the slow rollout of app updates for compatibility is a bit of an annoyance. Overall though it is a solid device worth a glance.

I really like the camera and sound system for the iPhone X. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because my sister who is NOT a twin could unlock my phone using the face scanner!!

Absolutely best phone I’ve ever owned !!! And I have owned a lot of them...

Despite the higher than usual price point, this phone is nearly perfect in every way. The new-to-iPhone edge to edge display is beautiful, and the notch quickly fades out of focus after a few days of normal use. Face ID works flawlessly and is seamless with many apps that also support touch ID. The only issues are when lying in bed and the phone is too close to your face, and in the car when mounted and not directly facing you. Build quality is Apple. Front and back glass may be considered fragile, however I still enjoy the phone without a case when at home because it feels great to hold. Stainless steel around the edges adds something extra, and the weight gives it that premium feel. This phone is not a "must have", but if the money is not an issue, or you get a great deal like I did, you will not be sorry with the upgrade.

Love this phone! At the moment, battery is amazing! Wireless charging, great camera, ar, face recognition is a little overhyped, 8 do miss the simplicity of fingerprint id. Now if apple can only not screw it up with a miserable update!

Went into the store the morning of release just looking to upgrade to some 8+’s but someone in front of me didn’t want it because it was the wrong color so I snagged it. Battery and camera are great. Still learning all the “bells and whistles”

I was lucky enough to get one on launch day. This is such a smooth device.

Old 6s finally died. Enter the iPhone X. Phone works great very fast. Screen real estate is the same size as the 8 plus but the X is smaller. No home button takes a little getting used too but over all I'm very happy with the purchase.

I am happy with look and battery life of my new iPhone. I do miss the home button. It was hard to get used to the new setup. Facial recognition is cool when it works for me.

Face recognition works great don’t be scared of the not having the button
