I have been using iPhones for quite a few years. The X is the best yet. It takes no time at all to get used to “no home button”. Watch some YouTube vids for tips/tricks/shortcuts and all will go smooth. The OLED screen is fantastic. This phone has some flaws, but I’m sure that all cell phones do.

Wasn't planned to get a new phone, but so glad I did! Missed the home button at first, but not anymore. Camera on the phone is great and I enjoy the larger screen.

Best phone I’ve ever had. Rarely any lag during intensive use and gaming, battery life is unmatched. Get the 29W fast charger and you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this phone. It's amazing! There is no comparison from the iPhone to Android. This phone kills an Android. If you are looking for a new phone and comparing it to an Android, don't bother. You just found the better phone by far!

Love the Animoji feature as well as Face ID but the camera is an entire new level of awesome. No home button takes some time to get used to but easy to learn

Before I bought an iPhone X, I'd walk into a store that had one on display just to check it out. After using one for a few minutes, I was already trying to use iPhone X gestures on my 7+. FaceID has some bugs. No security bugs from what I can tell. Just that it doesn't seem to be looking for my face sometimes when I try to unlock the phone. If it does, just turn the screen off and back on and that will tell it to look for your face again. Any time you set up or reset faceID, it will require 2 scans. I find it helps to looks straight ahead and hold the phone directly in front of you, and then for the second scan lower the phone and get a scan from that angle. QI wireless charging is slower than using the iPhone charging block, and much slower than the iPad charging block. It's still nice to have for many situations. If your lightning port is wet, if the only usb cable you have at home is busted, or if you just want to save a literal 1 or 2 seconds plugging in the cable, you can just put your phone on the charging pad and its instantly getting power. To those of you complaining its not "truly wireless if the pad has to be plugged in", the thing that makes this charging method "wireless" is that there isn't a wire being plugged into the phone to charge. -BY FAR the absolute worst part of this phone is the series of buttons you have to push to force a restart. On (to my knowledge) every iPhone up to the 6s and 6s+, power and home button until the screen turns off and an apple shows up on screen. With the 7/8 having software controlled home buttons you now need to hold down power and volume down. -Now hold on to your hat, its about to get wild. -To force restart and iPhone X you click and release volume up, then volume down, and then click and hold the right side button. Your screen will blur and you get the option to cancel or slide to power off. If you do not let go of the side button, your phone will restart. If you hold the side button and one of the volume buttons, you get the SOS option which can be customized to call automatically if you continue holding down those buttons, or just slide to call emergency. SOS can also be activated by pushing the side button 5 times. aside from all that, its pretty much the next iPhone. new hardware upgrades, battery life depends on how you use it. Just like every phone ever made, it helps to restart it. Power off and back on every day or 2 days. Try to do it at least once per week. not force restart, just slide to power off.

I have used iPhone for probably the last 5 years. I love that they are easy to use and have a lot of great features. My favorite part is the camera!

This iPhone is by far the best ever made I have already bought 4 of them for the rest of my family We have absolutely had no issues with the phone at all would recommend to everybody even my 80-year-old grandmother knows how to work it and absolutely loves it

Thrilled with the new iphone. Great camera, face recognition is awesome for my phone and apps, smaller than my last by sign but not by viewable screen.

This phone is awesome the facial recognition is insane and the processor is very fast and all the other features this phone has makes this phone a great buy.

Purchased on the day it was released and have loved it ever since. No complaints and absolutely no issues. Great design, comfortable to use, looks awesome.

I love the compact size of the X but that it sheds all the bulky housing. It utilizes the full screen and its a real improvement from the past devices.

So far this phone has held up and has given features that my other phones have not had. Camera takes excellent pictures and battery life is excellent.

While I needed to upgrade my phone I was pleasantly surprised at the difference in the camera from my 8 & the speed of the computer in the phone.

Love love love my X. The Face ID works great, and daily function is smooth and easy to navigate. The camera is phenomenal. Really happy with this upgrade!

I love the camera. It takes great pics. It took me a few days to get used too, specially the home button and closing all the apps that where opened!

This Thanksgiving I purchased the latest iPhone X. The iPhone is really great. I got great deal in buying the iPhone at best buy and also they have good amount of stock when there is waiting list in market and the service I received at best buy is good.

Takes a little getting used to without the home button, but once you do, it is a great phone. Pictures are great and battery lasts a long time.

I use this phone for work and personal use. The screen quality, battery life, UI, weight and gestures work well. Lately the updates for the phone seem to introduce more nuanced issues that you sometimes wonder how we are not past this. Still a fan and can’t be too upset.

I was worried about getting used to the lack of a home button but I transitioned easily. Great camera and the facial recognition works very well too.
