The no home button took a little to get used to, but other than that the picture quality is amazing among all the other features. For Any apple product lovers this is a great investment.

I was ready to move onto a new phone like a Samsung, but then the iPhone X came out. The portrait mode gives you stunning photos. I was initially concerned the face recognition wouldn't work properly or that the learning curve would be too steep, but now that I've gotten the hang of it, I find the older iPhones with the home button ironically to be clunky and inefficient. There are some other features that take getting used to, but once you've got everything down to pat (within a short period of time), you'll never look back. Too bad for Samsung, bc I really love their phones. I guess I'm staying in this unhealthy relationship with Apple for a while longer!! LOL

Face recognition takes some getting used to, but this is a clear upgrade over my older iPhone. Removing the bezel and home button gives a bigger screen without making the phone huge.

This is by far the best phone I’ve ever had !! Camera is top notch from apple and in both directions or the X !! Don’t even miss home button ! Don’t be scared it’s the perfect size phone !

The iPhone X is the best phone I’ve ever used. The camera creates pictures similar to a professional photographer and the face recognition works even in the dark after the initial setup.

I hadn’t upgraded my phone in years. Before purchasing this iPhone X, I was still using an iPhone 4s. The difference is incredible. It puts my wife’s iPhone 7 to shame. Well worth it.

I decided to buy this iPhone X 256 GB when I read that the new iPhones coming out in the fall will not support 5G. My wife had an iPhone 6S 16GB and she likes to take pictures...not good. So I bought this phone and gave her my iPhone 7 128GB. So, in a sense, I needed a new phone. Anyway, back to this phone. I was not sure I would like Face ID. However, the Best Buy associate assured me I would love it. He was right. Finally, my new plan is to wait 2-3 years until both 5G phones and service are mainstream. Then, I will replace this phone. In the meantime, this iPhone X 256GB will be more than fine.

I usually wait at least 2 years before upgrading my iPhone but this was the tenth anniversary and this didn't disappoint. Love the facial recognition and the camera is better than ever!

Been an android user for 5 years. Setting Options are very limited amd very entuitive but this phone had the camera lenses, no curved bezel, and size I was looking for. Good battery life but expensive. I dont like the expensive proprietary cord they make you buy if you want the long cord. But still very happy with the phone

One of my favorite models. It's small in size but the screen goes almost to the edge and looks bigger the. It really is. Great battery life.

I still call it the "EX" not the ten, like you are supposed to, but it looks and feels like an amazing product. I wouldn't walk around without a case as the entire thing is made of glass but sometimes I like to take it out of the case and look at it as its so pretty. Its thicker than the iPhone 8 or 8 plus and kind of reminiscent of iPhone 4/5. It fits well into my hand but one minus is that although the screen is supposed to be the same size as iPhone 8 plus, the writing still seems smaller.

It is by far their best phone. I was concerned about face recognition but I actually love it. The new features take some getting used to but worth it. Oh and the cameras are amazing.

I had iPhone 6 and upgraded to iPhone X. I love the face ID feature and how much faster it is. I hope I don't have camera issue (vibrates in photo mode).

Phone has a great intro to help you learn how to use the phone. Screen is large and almost better than having a huge iPhone Plus! Long lasting battery. Would definitely recommend!

At first, it took awhile to get used to without a button but once I got used to it, I now love it more than the button. Great phone equipped with an amazing camera as well.

With the iPhone X, my boy friend had such an amazing quality and better outcome out of everything, and not to mention it’s one of apples best creation, with no problem!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new phone. Upgraded from the iPhone 6 Plus 64gb to the iPhone X 256gb. Love the face ID. Took about 2 days to get fully used to not having a home button anymore.

I absolutely love my iPhone X. It had been a while since I upgraded my phone because I just refused to pay so much for a phone. The fact that all my electronic devices are Apple though made it hard to think about switching to another phone. After too many problems with my iPhone 6 I finally gave in and upgraded. I absolutely do not regret it. I love this phone!! It was a pretty easy transition to go from a home button to no home button. I actually love it without it. My advise, just upgrade if you still have an older model...you will not regret it!!!

The increase in processor speed is quite a surprising delight. Zips through apps. The new camera is light years ahead of previous versions. Worth the upgrade hands down.

As a nurse, I’m constantly washing my hands... so fingerprint access wouldn’t work. Now I can log on in the dark at night, pruny wet fingers. Love the 256 gb, the full screen!
