The new iPhone X has many new features: bigger screen, face recognition & faster processing time among others.

I was wary at first, upgrading from my 6S+. I didn't initially like the idea of having no home button and not having a headphone jack, but I quickly became accustomed to the motions used instead of the home button - and even the lack of a headphone jack is no big deal, even though I'd still rather have it. The Face ID is pretty cool and it only allows notifications to display full details once it reads your face. Also, if you're one of those people that sees more colors than most, you'll be happy with the display and you will notice the difference from the iPhone 8. If you feel the need to upgrade, I would recommend this phone. However, keep in mind that we are mid-cycle and new phones are being released in the Fall!

I initially went to purchase the iPhone 8 but the sales rep talked us into the X. Screen size is the same as the 8 plus but you just lose the extra space where the camera and home button are. And there is no home button. The swiping took a day or two to get used to. The photo quality is awesome. I personally like having a new phone every year so we are on the ATT Next Plan and love it. I chose the larger memory size as I have tons of photos and other data. It was a little hard to get used to it being smaller (had 7 plus prior) and I may cave and get a pop socket for better grip with texting and photos. Again I always like having the newest techinology and have no had any issues with the system or errors. I would recommend this.

IPhone X so much better than the IPhone 5. Facial Recognition is so cool and the new screen size from edge to edge is perfect. Larger screen and yet it still fits in my pocket. I bought it in the Capitola Mall Best Buy Store with help from Vanessa T. She was the best!!! I hated going to the AT&T store but Best Buy was great!

You can do pretty much anything on this phone. The screen is a lot bigger and better. The camera is amazing. The battery life is awesome. I love the wireless charge option as well as the facial recognition.

The phone is great and well built. The screen has good color though I'd say Samsung's recent phones have a slight edge here. The camera is phenomenal for a phone and there are some really good photography tools. Animojis are pretty cool and will make non iPhone x people jealous. I took one star off because the notch on the screen is annoying, Apple still hasn't allowed expandable memory and the included earphones are very uncomfortable.

I have had smartphones since the beginning. Blackberries, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG, you bame it. I worked for a carrier who game devices to train others on so I’ve had some of the best. I’ve always kept an iPhone for my personal device and really like the X. When the touch screen blackberry (10 I believe) came out with heather action I was very impressed. Funny how the iPhone X uses very similar jestures but much more adopted. The camera is amazing. Battery life always lasts through the day u less using GPS heavily. I switched to a MacBook Pro a while back and love love love the ease of seemless integration of messages and FaceTime. I can’t wait to get the X Max.

I love the iPhone X. At first I had to remember all of my passwords for my apps on my old phone - but after that I was really impressed. The camera is amazing and the phone very responsive. No more double clicking the button on the front!!! - NO BUTTON!! Believe me - you'll get used to it quickly.

6.3 inch screen in the future will be amazing, but this new iPhone X is great , Face ID is better than Touch ID. The OLED panel can stay toe to toe with the Note 8. Only down side is the screen aspect ratio, once all apps are optimized with The iPhone X watching vids will be one of the best!

I absolutely love this phone! I’ve had it just over a week and I was used to everything new within a day except the feature where you have to hold an app before swiping up to hard close them. My new favorite feature besides Face ID is the portrait mode in the camera and the upgraded cameras!

I like this phone since it has a large screen in a relatively small size. Picture quality is awesome and it has a perfect camera. Also, as I have read in many reviews that people are having problem with the face recognition, I did not encounter any problem yet. Overall I love it for now :)

The feel and the size is very comfortable to hold and use. A lot of people complain about not having a home button or having to get used to not having it. It only took about a day (if that) to get used to the swipe feature. Very good phone and I love the wireless charging.

really like the upgrade in the way it looks but I got the 8 plus also and I have to say that the 8 plus has a better bigger and brighter screen display in my personal opinion but the X is definitely more futuristic with the face recognition and has a new design. Thanks

Love the design and heft for this iPhone X. The Face ID is so convenient and natural...I sometimes forget I’m using it seamlessly. Overall, I’m beyond happy Apple is starting to innovate again and not just re-hash the same phone design every year with updated specs.

I like the size of the phone, the battery runs very long! The screen colors are extraordinary. Everything works very fast. I am satisfied with this purchase!

Much faster, More User friendly and fun to use than any other iPhone I have ever used. Great Camera, stills and movies. Having 256Gb is so nice. I can load anything and it doesn't seem to slow down at all. Expensive, but all in all a great improvement over the 8.

So I haven’t gotten a new phone since the iPhone 5s, I know I’m a little behind but I liked my old phone and didn’t really want to part with it. I have bought Apple products for quite a few years now and this phone really tops the cake!!! I love the facial ID, so no one can get into your phone, we even tried with someone sleeping and it didn’t work!!!! I am very pleased with my purchase, although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for when it comes to cell phones and also the company you purchase from. This trip we actually upgraded all of our phones so we purchased 3, yes 3 iPhone X’s and we all love them! I am super happy that it has so much more space for things as opposed to my old phone that only had 16GB and I found myself having to delete apps or pictures in order to gain space to do something else. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I love my new phone. The phone has streamlined features and new features that make it easier to use. The picture quality is excellent. You still get the big screen without all of the extra phone size so the phone is much easier to handle, even with a case.

Preorder iPhone X and so excited when Bestbuy sent me a message to pickup the phone and sure enough I’m in love with my new phone right away the battery is last more longer than my old phone and it faster come to email and also nice picture in any light

I wasn't sure to upgrade to an 8 or this new X. I am glad I made the choice of the X. It's super fast and looks great. I have gotten used to the no home button. I like when I get a notification it will only display the message once it reads my face!!
