Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the iPhone X 64GB's excellent camera quality, expansive screen size, and smooth performance as significant strengths. Many appreciate the ease of use and the innovative Face ID feature, while some find the lack of a home button and the high price less appealing. The phone's design and battery life also receive positive feedback. However, the absence of a headphone jack is a recurring point of criticism for some users.

Love the smaller footprint of this phone!

iPhone has done it, made the perfect phone for me. This replaced my iPhone 7+, which I had because of my 45 year old eyes. However, it was too big for my smaller hands. This iPhone X is perfect for me. The screen seems to be about the same size, but the phone has a much smaller footprint. I am so glad to finally have the phone I have wanted. This phone takes great pictures, and the gestures are very easy to figure out, I do not miss the home button at all. I have had the phone for 3 days. The battery lasts all day, I take it off the charger at 5:15, and when I put it back on the charger at night at 10, it is at like 40%. Face ID works most of the time, and I do find it better than using my finger. I think if you are on the fence about this iPhone 10, just go and play with it a bit at the store. It really is an awesome phone. I would also like to say that getting the phone at BestBuy and working with their phone people was the best. So much better than the service I got at the Verizon store. I highly recommend the iPhone X and BestBuy!!!

Great phone... you won't miss the home button

I decided to get this phone because of the screen size. I am starting to get a little older so a larger screen is easier to read. I previously had an iPhone 6S. I could bring myself to get a plus because the phone itself was too big. This phone is a good size and the screen is great. I do think if you haven't learned to use reachability on an iPhone you need to research it. It is so helpful and surprised on this phone it is off by default. So no home button after all these years. It did take a little time getting use to the new gestures to get around on the phone and do the things that in the past you did with the home button. Once you learn those, you will never miss the home button again. I find doing things on this phone with out the home button seams more natural then it did with the home button. Faceid seems to work great. Just like with the finger print reader there are times it doesn't unlock, but not very often. It is so fast you unlock the phone without even thinking about the faceid part. Just swipe up and you are in. I am not going to get into the camera. It is a great camera, but I am no expert to say how good it is. It takes good pictures for what I do.

    Is it worth $1K?

My iPhone 6s was at the end of its life. I needed a new phone. I went back and forth between the 8 and the X after reading reviews and talking to a few folks who were in the same boat. Now that I have used it for a few weeks, I am okay with it. From an aesthetic point, the Samsung Note 8 screen shape and the way it looks. In comparison to my iPhone 6s, the X has a better looking screen and is fast, fast, fast in every app that it loads. The camera's photos look better and handles low light situations (indoors) better. I like the larger footprint of the screen. I haven't used the wireless recharging capability yet. Learning the new swipes and finger movements to navigate the phone took some getting used to but like everything new it becomes easier after the first few days. Being able to swipe between apps is useful and makes it easier if you cutting and pasting. Activating Siri vocally (Hey Siri) does not work for me all the time, which is frustrating if I am driving. All in all, I like the phone. However, I do not think it is worth $1K or $800 after my trade-in. Could I have enjoyed the iPhone 8, probably. I purchased the X because this is supposed to be the best and latest technology. As mentioned previously, I have a friend with the Note 8 which has a beautiful screen and they love their phone. Would I recommend, yes and no, but more yes. If you are an Apple person, buy it. At this price point, if you are an Android person, there is probably a phone in the Android universe for you.

I am LOVING my new phone! I'm almost scared how attached I feel to it already.. lol it just makes my life so much easier! I've always been part of the Apple family, but this upgrade feels significant. The Face ID unlock is fast, secure, accurate, and convenient. I love the bigger screen size without it being too colossal. The phone is very fast, and finally has an adequate amount of storage without breaking the bank. My last phone kept giving me that "Storage Full" message, which was beyond annoying. The battery lasts all day without needing more juice. It's fast, love the iOS as always. Speakers sound great for music (though I rarely use it for that, I have my own ear buds and speakers for home). Camera is excellent. Playing with the emojis that track your face and let you "talk" as the animals are hilarious. Just very, very happy with this purchase!

The size of a regular iPhone 6s or 7 but the screen real estate of a plus but slightly bigger. The facial recognition is nice but my sole concern with this device is the ramifications of the ease to unlock the phone. The screen is beautiful but it has an Android feel about it with the iOS look, feel and security. I do not recommend if you’re upgrading from a 7. I came off of a 6s plus and would be apprehensive to say you should upgrade from that generation, but, with that being said I do not have any regrets. The price for this phone is borderline rediculous. You’ll have to decide if price justifies the means.

I’ve only been in the iPhone life since the 6s but holy wow the 7 plus was ok the 8 wasn’t much of a upgrade in my eyes even though it had the same internals as the X but man I tell you what the X is gonna give it to ya everything you want great battery life amazing photos it’s got it all the size is amazing granted some apps aren’t optimized for it yet but I don’t care I can adapt until they are ready the Face ID I didn’t know about at first but it’s great

It's expensive...I know, I get it. But if you live on your device for work and personal reasons like me you want to drive a Ferrari -if possible. This device is a Ferrari! The processor is quick and responsive, the screen is brilliant and the exterior looks and feels very high end. If you can afford it ( trade in your existing device!) you should treat yourself to this incredible machine...

I was skeptical about the lack of Home button and while it took me some time to get used to it, it is very easy to use. It makes the phone extremely seamless. At first, I thought Face ID wasn’t very accurate. It would not recognize me if my hair was pulled back or if i had glasses on. It learns your face. The more you use it, the more accurate it becomes. It even recognizes me in the dark. The camera is out of this world. Absolutely love it.

I moved up from an iPhone 6. Totally satisfied. I don’t miss the “button” at all. The Face ID is so quick, I often don’t realize it’s been used. The speed of apps is remarkable. The size is slightly more than my 6, but much lighter, with longer battery life, and MUCH more screen. Not the size of a 6+, but enough to see more and read easier and be noticeable. (Like raising a font from 9 or 10 to 11 or 12). The camera is fun, as are the emojis.

    The best iPhone yet

Bottom Line: The iPhone X is worth the upgrade. Pros: FaceID, Super Retina display, fantastic camera, great design, wireless charging Cons: Some users will miss TouchID Review: I’ve had the iPhone X since launch day, and after a month and a half of use, it makes previous models feel instantly outdated. The full screen is immersive and watching movies on it will make you regret viewing anything on a non-OLED screen. FaceID works really well, and I love that Safari will auto-fill your login details using it. It’s just such a seamless experience. The new camera takes great photos in most situations that will rival an entry level-DSLR. The staineless steel adds some weight, so it’s noticeably heavier than the aluminum series (5-7). FaceID works really well, but it is a little awkward in some situations (e.g., if the phone is on a table, using the phone in landscape mode) that will make some users miss TouchID.

    A Thanksgiving Miracle

I stopped by Best Buy on my way home from Thanksgiving with friends just to stretch my legs and see what bargains were in store. The first employee that I came across asked me if I need help finding anything and I asked if they had the iPhone X in stock, and to my delight she said yes! I had been asking at every store I visited since they first came out and this was the first time I got a positive response. The store was great at getting me set up quickly and they helped me find a great case and accessories too. I was a great experience for a late night stop. The phone is great too! I am upgrading from a 5S, so the speed and battery life are light years better. It didn't take long to get used to not using a start button and I love the face recognition... I was always getting fails with my finger print reader, so it is so nice to just pick up the phone an have it unlock immediately. The camera takes fantastic pictures, too. It is a real pleasure to use my new phone because it works very much like my old iphone, but faster and better in all ways! It was the first time I've purchased a phone from Best Buy and it was a sweet experience.

The screen is amazing the color and picture is crisp. It is beautifully designed, I could just look at it for hours. The camera is pretty good I really like the portrait mode and zoom features. The Face ID ended up being one of my favorite features, it makes it so easy to unlock cause I always have gloves on at work

So ive owned all iphones pretty much, last I had was iphone 7 plus. I really dont like that notch but its not that bad, its actually kinda different from other phones. If you can get over that, this phone is amazing. Its smaller than the plus size phones overall and fits better in hand. Screen is bigger but slimmer on sides just a bit. Its a faster phone and the internet works better and quicker. The oled display is amazing, its noticable. Phone lasts a tad bit more than my old iphone 7 plus like maybe an extra 10%. All in all i made the jump and im happy with it. Except bestbuy screwed up and couldnt make my installments 30 months, they did 24 month there mobile dept kinda lacks knowledge. Other than that its a nice phone. GET A CASE ASAP. Glass breaks easily.

Been waiting for so long with an iPhone with OLED screen. This phone takes a little getting used to when it comes to no physical home button or fingerprint scanner. But I noticed Face ID literally works 95% of the time every time I try it. The speakers are louder on this phone and also somehow my Bluetooth headphones seem to get louder also. The battery life is even better than the 7 plus I had. It also feels way better in your hand I recall dropping my 7 plus on my face countless times or not being able to reach every corner of the screen without using reach assist. Overall this is a really good phone

This phone is definitely the best iPhone yet. The Face ID is super easy and fast. The cameras are amazingly crisp and awesome portrait modes. The battery life is good and the wireless charging is a snap. Yes, Android folks are going to say we had a lot of it first, but I find iPhones are a lot simpler and user friendly when you’re not a computer genius that likes to jailbreak everything. Also, they don’t get all the viruses that androids do because they don’t let all the infected apps through. Well that’s my two cents at least. Take it for what it’s worth. I’m enjoying it very much.

This is my 3rd Iphone. I switched carriers from Sprint to ATT. So I decided to upgrade. Once past the learning curve this phone is relatively easy to use. Phone holds a charge throughout day, fast charges on the Samsung fast change, and color display is sharp. I probably could have been just as happy with the iphone 8, but the facial recognition is a revolutionary feature. This phone is smaller and very sleek, I really don’t miss the larger sized S plus or the weight or the battery life usage. Swiping is very easy and I don’t miss the finger button with facial recognition. I do recommend supplemental case and screen protection. Check out tutorials on Youtube and Apple. For all things said and done, I think, “it’s worth it .”

It’s everything you love about the IPhone with a few more bells and whistles. Face recognition scanning, Better gaming graphics, the screen looks amazing with added Samsung OLED technology, and really with no headphone jack really doesn’t matter (if don’t have a Bluetooth headset get one. It’s 2017!) . Camera really takes great pictures. I’ve liked the way IPhone has done things for the last 10 yrs, and this a brilliant Design and has amazing battery life. It’s not a customizable as Android phones, if your into that check out the Samsung line up.
