So far the IPhone X has been great. I couldn’t believe I walked into Best Buy and they had the phones in stock.

The iPhone X has been a great upgrade from an iPhone 7. It took me a while to get used to not having a home button but after a week, I didn’t have problems adjusting to the swipe motions. Only minor issue is I see a green dot while taking pictures when it’s bright but I think that’s normal.

Bought this phone for my friend who has recently come to USA. I personally use Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The phone becomes slow at times. My wife use iPhone X and I was amazed to see the performance. Except camera, I believe rest of the phone is far better than Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Awesome product.

I love my new phone. There are some new features that take some time to get used to. The improvements are much better! The camera is outstanding! The downside... the screen maybe the same size as the 6,7 & 8. However the keys on the keyboard are closer together. If you have larger hands this can be challenging. It is like typing on the 5 all over again. I would definitely consider the over all size If you liked the larger phone even if the screen is the same size. The pros out weight the cos on this one.

The iPhone X is a choice unit. To match the Samsung, they expanded the screen to cover the whole unit and it's pretty sweet. Resolution is unreal; very crisp and clear. However, it also shows smudges a lot more than the previous models, but that's a small price to pay for an overall nice phone!

Love the iPhone X! It takes a little time to get used to the changes in the functionality but I do love it!

I enjoy how the phone is a large screen. The camera is amazing, I would enjoy it more if there was a plus but overall I love it.

Ordered My IPhone X on line to be picked up in the store the next day. Very smooth transaction with pick up and very helpful picking out cases from lots to choose from. Our service person was very helpful answering question about the phone and how it works. We will purchase again from Best Buy.

I would’ve given the phone 5 stars if it weren’t for the ridiculous price!!!! The phone is great & has obvious upgrades but none that truly justify the price tag!!!!

I miss the Home button at times but the facial recognition is so nice and accurate. The camera and display are excellent.

The phone is pretty good takes nice pics but I regret spending that amount of money on a phone. Will not do it again.

Needed a replacement for my IPhone 6S which stopped working well after an update. iPhone X is fast, has long battery life - lasts a good day with moderate usage (unlike the 6S which was down to a few hours with the new IOS). Only complaint is the camera. Any type of motion or in low lighting the pictures are hard to get to come out good. When comparing the pictures with the Galaxy S8, the Samsung wins. But the IPhone works good in most other categories and does the job.

The folks at the Oxford Valley kiosk store were fabulous. Very patient . Will only buy from them
